Pets are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED at the property.
"Room Cleaning will automatically be scheduled every other day starting on the 3rd day, anytime from 10AM to 8PM."
Alcohol beverages are subject to corkage fee.
Any additional people who are not included in the original reservation are not allowed to stay after 11:00 PM. Otherwise, charges will be applied.
Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in.
Guests under the age of 18 years must be accompanied by a guardian.
One complimentary parking per reservation (regardless of room type) is available at the hotel basement. This is a first come first serve basis. Extra vehicles are subject to pay parking and availability as well.
Please be advised that a quiet time policy is in effect from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, and noise is not permitted during this period
The main guest indicated on the booking voucher must be present upon check-in. If the main guest is not present, any request to modify or transfer the reservation must be coordinated directly with the booking platform used to make the reservation. Letters of Authorization will not be accepted as a substitute for the presence of the main guest. This policy is in place to prevent unauthorized use and to ensure the security of all bookings.
The property requires a refundable security deposit upon check-in.
Deluxe Room and One Bedroom Suite have check-in times of 14:00 pm and check-out times of 11:00 am.
Two-Bedroom Suite and Three-Bedroom Suite have check-in times of 15:00 pm and check-out times of 12:00 pm.
