Basecamp has a great location!!! It’s located near Botanical Garden! One of the most famous historical sites in Europe is in the walking distance! Little longer walk through picturesque bridges will take you p another historical site Wroclaw Old Market Place! Hotel itself is very well designed it’s very spacey. 24 hrs reception area is situated in the very big lobby.Lots of light! Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. There is a fitness center on premises as well as an excellent Italian restaurant. Several good coffee houses close by all serving breakfast menu! Few steps away a great Thai Restaurant probably the best in Wroclaw! My room was quite very clean lots of light nd lots of electrical outlets probably in anticipation of guests working on multiple computers! There was a small cooking area in the room! Very functional bathroom with great shower fixtures hand held and “rain” with multiple functions! Overall very positive experience worth to be recommended!!!

After an item got lost. The staff member on reception helped me with her colleague and spent time and I am grateful to them. I enjoyed staying here and having access to the kitchen. The communal areas are modern and the rooms are great. I would stay again.

Great stay at Basecamp and Marek at reception was really helpful. About 15/20 minutes walk to the square and a tram stop nearby. Well equipped studio for a 5 night stay.

A bit of a cross between a hotel and a hostel, more on the hotel side. It is utilitarian, being I suspect a former industrial building, but the room was ensuite and comfortable, though there was no aircon and Wroclaw was over 30C. The kitchen was useful and fairly well equipped, though some more plates/pans would have been useful. The location is good, it is north of the cathedral about 10-15 minutes walk from the Rynek, but probably too far to walk from the railway station or airport bus stops with luggage.

The property in itself was good. There's a gym, self service mini market shop ground floor. The room ok ensuite included power shower. The reason for not giving 5* is because the hostel is under renovation. So work going on. My room had not yet been finished. Ie walls need to be decorated etc. I had bare concrete as walls. Apart from that the price was good. 5th floor was quiet inside. Bit noisy outside because of traffic. Ask for patio side if you prefer quiet. Kitchen opposite to me. Cleaned everyday. Could do with a microwave. Lovely Pizza, pasta restaurant on ground floor. Yes I would stay here again.

We stayed at Basecamp over New Years. The location was great for us, walking distance to the main square. The reception was easy to find and on check in the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the 24hr self serve mini-mart that’s a nice touch and having a restaurant on-site is useful. The room itself was a good size and nicely decorated and we appreciated the blackout blinds. Some things that could be improved were: the shower heads needed cleaned as water was only coming out of a few of the holes and spraying in all directions, there was toothpaste all down the side of the wall beside the sink. In the kitchen area the sink drain had an unpleasant smell and the wine glasses were dirty. It wasn’t clear when using the lifts that depending on which one you used it would take you out to a different place, we ended up outside in an courtyard area and it wasn’t clear how to get back to main reception. There was a quite a lot of noise during the night until about 3.30/4am but it was NYE so this can be forgiven. At check-out the receptionist wasn’t at the desk and we had to shout for someone to attend to us and they were not the friendliest, however I appreciate it was 5am. Maybe a Dropbox for keys would be better at the desk for really late/early checkouts!

Good stay but the staff forgot to inform that on one of the nights we stayed they had rented out space to an external company to have a company party in the same building until 3.00 AM in the morning which kept me awake almost entire night. If they had informed about that in advance I would have asked to check out. Otherwise a decent place in good location.

Fast alles sehr gut, super sauber, gut eingerichtet, bequem, modern. Einziger Wermutstropfen - es ist relativ laut, weil es ein Apparthaus für Studenten ist, die ganz sicher nicht um 22:00 Uhr schlafen gehen.

Würde nie mehr in so ein Hotel gehen .Personal nicht sehr freundlich.Kühlschrank war viel zu laut.Ablauf in Dusche leicht verstopft.
