The apartment is exactly as you see in the pictures--modern, clean, well-furnished. The beds, sofas, and chairs were all comfortable; the water pressure and temperature in the shower were great. The views were amazing. The property management company called me during my stay to see if everything was ok, and if I needed anything. We stayed mid-April, and I believe the website stated that there is construction nearby. The road/trolley tracks beneath the apartment are being replaced. Signs state the project is expected to finish early May. This created a couple of problems-- challenging to find the entrance into the apartment building (not well marked); the sidewalk was dug up and challenging to maneuver with suitcases; Pedestrian detours due to closed road/sidewalks; and the workers were out on Saturday and Sunday mornings (early--about 7 or 8am). This obviously is not a problem with the owner or the apartment--it just is. A minor inconvenience. What would make the apartment better? A few more kitchen items--ie, cutting board, measuring cups, glasses (only 4 mugs were provided), a trash bin in the kitchen/common area (there was only a small trash bin in the bathroom. There was little or no "storage". It was also very hard to find the cabinet with the extra bedding--I wish that was labeled. Those are just some minor additions which would add to the room. Otherwise, my son and I were extremely pleased with this apart-hotel.
