Superbes chambres et magnifique séjour en couple et entre amis ! Nous étions tous très heureux de la décoration, de l'emplacement, des équipements. L’emplacement dans la vieille ville est juste parfait ! Il y a vraiment tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin dans les chambres ! Noter que les parties communes ne sont pas les plus jolies mais l’intérieur des chambres sont somptueuses. Noter aussi qu'il n'y a pas de vraie réception mais le personnel de la réception virtuelle est très facilement joignables par téléphone ou Whatsapp, très réactif et sympathique ! Nous recommandons vraiment à 100% ! Merci pour ces souvenirs inoubliables !

I recently returned from four nights in Kraken, spending at the Garden Palace. The personnel was quite pleasant, warm, and helpful. I'll go back to Kraken again after discovering it to be a fantastic location and would not consider staying anywhere other than the Garden Palace, which genuinely deserves four stars. I'm pleased!. I stayed at the Garden Palace for four nights. Even though it wasn't very big, one room was excellent and had everything you could possibly need except space for dancing. The room itself was well-presented, beautifully made, and spotless, and even a wonderful shower. It set me up for the day ahead by putting me on pace, and the beginning of that is only about a 10-minute stroll from the historic center. Nevertheless, I didn't eat breakfast there.

I was waiting for an ac problem to appear with the staff. The lady on shift was not a manager, she informed us that kate is a front desk manager, and she did not respond. The receptionist employee, kate, never told us that the ac in the hotel was not working at all when we first arrived. When I asked her about the problem, she already charged me the full amount, and she told me that a manager would arrive in the evening. When I went into that night, the lady on shift was not a manager, she told me that kate is a reception manager. I wanted a discount because we were etc. the first night, and we paid full price for full service. They recently offered 20 discount on their restaurant. Everything would be different if kate stated that the hotel's ac was not working from the moment we arrived. It is unprofessional service since they never respond back. There is no elevator in the hotel. The breakfast was tasty and delicious. The room is cozy. The bed was nice. Is conveniently located near the Australia stop.

Kom til en låst dør! Ingen informasjon på forhånd hvordan man kom seg inn i bygget eller hvilket/ rom/leilighet vi skulle bo på å hvordan man fikk tilgang til dette. Måtte selv ta kontakt med overnattingsstedet å be om hjelp, da ordnet det seg! Men dette kunne enkelt ha vært unngått om de bare hadde sendt all informasjon om koder til inngangsdør og leilighets nummer å tilgang til rommet på forhånd. Ellers bra plass

The window is on top of your face and the blind is not blocking any sunlight, that means your face will get burnt in the morning when you are still sleeping. I called the property management about this issue, he said he will get back to me on this but never received any updates afterwards. I can’t sleep well everyday, like a torturement
