Very close to the train station, this is a newly refurbished property , so it was very clean and modern. Would definitely stay again.

Helpful, friendly, patient (we used translation app to communicate) Clean room, lots of storage. Front door key was difficult to unlock the door. Nice bathroom; would like a shelf in the shower.

Tiny room without a window. Noisy from unusual 'airshaft' through building giving the only ventilation to the room, carrying voices from rooms above and below and smell from kitchen.

Terrible Experience! The check-out time had been clearly agreed in advance as 11:30 AM. However, on the day of departure, I received an unexpected message at 10:00 AM demanding that I remove my luggage immediately. At that time, we were in the middle of a tour and were forced to interrupt our plans and return to the hotel, which caused significant inconvenience. This was a very disappointing and poorly managed experience. I expected much better communication and respect for agreed arrangements.
