Super easy check in via WhatsApp. The staff were readily available, allowing me to store my luggage after check out due to a late flight and calling me a cab since I didn’t have a local number. The building felt very safe and secure, and the room was very clean. Also well located to the centre of the city. Highly recommend!

This was a nice place to stay. Very close to the walking/shopping/restaurant area of Ponta Delgada. Management company were VERY easy to reach with information and were super helpful and kind. The room was clean and comfortable, and the common areas were also very clean and lovely. Other guests were friendly as well :)

El sitio muy tranquilo, nos tocó la habitación que daba al patio, con litera, lo unico que el agua de la ducha no se regulaba muy bien: salia o muy caliente o fria))). Pero nos hemos adapatado a ello rápido , quizas deberiamos haber avisado para que puedan arreglarlo)) Tienen cocina totalmente equipada, incluso con horno, que no suele haber normalmente en los hoteles, con una salida al patio muy amplio y bonito. Destacaria la limpieza , tranquilidad, facil acceso a los sitios de interes. Hemos estado 3 dias y si que volveriamos a reservarlo de nuevo. No tiene recepcion, hemos contactado via Google chat al encontrar la puerta cerrada . Te envian el codigo de entrada con las instrucciones de acceso enseguida . Nuestro agradecimiento especial a Nuno que nos atendio estos dias por chat.

Estava tudo ótimo. No primeiro dia não tinha água quente, mas depois consertaram. E em geral para lavar é preciso esperar muito tempo até aparecer água quente. Muito quieto. Cozinha limpa e arrumada com tudo que você precisa para cozinhar.

Property is a theatre building with an interesting atmosphere and architecture (you know before you even walk inside it's not some generic motel). Self check-in worked perfectly. Room is very clean. Wifi works well.

Um alojamento que (e ainda bem) continua com uma relação preço/qualidade justa para um single. Com wc privado mas sem PA. Bien situé, bon système de ventilation, flexibilité pour l'arrivée tardive, propre. Par contre, ne convient pas à tous car lit superposable plus dur d'accès (pourtant espace pour un lit double dans la chambre). Besoin de peinture à certains endroits. Pression d'eau faible dans la douche. En somme, bon rapport qualité prix et hébergement convenable si on accepte certains inconvénients

Algunas observaciones: la mayor ventaja es la localización, cuando se usaba la ducha, salía agua por debajo las maderas de la habitación, al parecer había alguna cañería quebrada, la segunda noche fue imposible dormir, mucha bulla dentro y fuera del hôtel, ventanas simples, se podía sentir los resortes del colchón lo que lo hacía incómodo.

Rummen har av allt att döma inretts ganska nyligen. Allt känns nytt och fräscht. Mycket konkurrenskraftigt pris. Läge nära centrum. Centralvärme saknas vilket gör att precis allt hela tiden är lite fuktigt. Personligen saknade jag en värd som tog emot och hälsade välkommen.
