We had a great stay at the Locke Hotel. We travelled as a family with our 3 year old. We stayed in a family suite, which was more than enough room for all of us. We found this hotel to be a great home base for the last few days of our trip. We were able to conveniently return our rental car to the europecar just down the street and relied on Ubers and the Hop On Hop Off bus for travel around Lisbon. We loved having the pool to come back to after a day of exploring and appreciated having easy access to the 2 restaurants on site (both were amazing). The buffet breakfast (which was included in our stay) was excellent and served in the beautiful Santa Joana restaurant. We will definitely recommend Locke hotel to any friends and family visiting Lisbon.

The reception is large enough with comfortable sofa to wait until the check-in time. The room was clean and well equipped. Wifi was efficient. The breakfast was a bit pricey but the quality was wonderful, fresh vegetables, fruit, smoked salmon, ham etc.. the decorations were also nice in the place for breakfast. The access to the subway is easy so although this hotel locates a bit far from the historical city center, it would not be a problem. Many nice restaurants are nearby walking distance.

Absolutely recommend this hotel for a Lisbon break. The rooms are gorgeous, we had no problem with noise and the facilities are great. Rooms are compact, but absolutely enough room for us. The decor was gorgeous, you get new towels every day and we appreciated the extra clean you get if you're staying for a longer time. To have the pool is an added bonus. It is a popular, large hotel so it can be busy but that didn't affect us, and if we wanted a pool lounger we made sure to get out there early. We ate at Santa Marta restaurant on site twice, the pizzas are amazing, the chocolate mousse the best we've ever eaten. All of the staff were super friendly and we had pastries and coffees daily from the coffee shop in reception, who had a brilliant selection including sandwiches. Also, the building the hotel is in is fascinating. Location wise, the hotel is really central, near to plenty of supermarkets and very easy for public transport or taxis (which are cheap in Lisbon). To get to the waterfront it's about a 30 minute walk through some of the most famous areas of the city and any further we got a quick Uber or Bolt which worked well every time.

Absolutely loved the hotel and the restaurant Santa Joana. Very clean, the decor is beautiful. Feels like an oasis in the heart of the city. Close to public transportation. The suites were great with a little kitchen and even in room laundry.

I love this hotel and will absolutely use it again if I return to Lisbon. It was clean, everything worked as expected. The hotel was quiet and the staff were lovely. Booking an apartment room with balcony was perfect for my needs, as it had a fridge and washing machine, along with cooking facilities. Access to pool and gym was a bonus.

The hotel is in a good central position on a main bus route from the airport. It is an intriguing hotel of several buildings. It's really lovely and quiet didn't feel crowded. The staff are great, the pool and restaurants are excellent. Our room wasn't huge but had a cute outside patio. The room had everything you needed including quiet aircon. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was clean and atmospheric. We left our cases after checkout and the reception booked a taxi that arrived very quickly back to the airport.

Loved the stay here. There was no daily service, make beds, change towels, etc and it was not explained well during check in or we didn't understand. We ran out of the toilet paper and came close to running out of hand soap and body wash. Needed to go ask for more which was completed by the time we returned to our room but not ideal so make sure to ask often to avoid any issues ;)

Great experience at this hotel I stayed in building D. It’s in a great area with plenty of restaurants with a short walk. My room was very clean and comfortable with natural light coming from the large window. The bed is super comfortable and glad the unit came with clothes washing tablets and use of your own personal washing machine. The bar and restaurant were lovely. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. I was lucky to stay when the weather was perfect for it. For a large property it’s very quiet and peaceful. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. It’s around 20 mins with a bit of traffic from the airport using bolt maybe 15 mins without traffic.

We’d previously stayed at Locke in Paris and enjoyed the similar aesthetic, style and layout. Our room was spacious with a pool view, perfect for those hot days. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, including those at the coffee shop. The location is great, just a 3-minute walk to the Metro and within easy walking distance of various shops. This avoids the tourist traps. We’re so glad we stayed and will definitely return next time.
