The Staff were Great!!! They were so helpful and help to arrange our transportation to the airport from hotel for a reasonable price. This Hotel's Location is close to restaurant, stores and beautiful scenery! Have to mention the room was bit small, but it was still worth it since we are so close to everything.

Hotel com ótima localização, excelente atendimento, tanto da equipe da recepção, como da copa e limpeza e um bom padrão de limpeza. Tivemos uma excelente estadia. Recomendo!

The location was terrific! We were close to the Rossio Plaza, which included restaurants, tour buses, and shopping. Our room had a view of the plaza. The hotel itself was very quiet. We especially appreciated the early check-in after enduring 11 hour flight.

The only word I could use here is EXCELLENT. My room was fantastic on all levels. The price was very affordable around June 11th. Just a short taxi or Uber from the airport, or a semi-long Metro ride. The hotel is pleasantly located near everything, but quiet in my experience. My room was utter perfection. Great great great bed and bedding. Amazing yet small bathroom and shower with excellent water pressure and very hot water if needed. Even if you are on long layover, with perhaps only 3 or 4 hours of sleep possible, you will appreciate the peaceful clean calming restful "cave" taking you away from the world till your next flight. I wouldn't even THINK of staying anywhere else when I come to visit Lisbon for a real stay. I stayed in the section with the entrance down the street a little. That section may be brand new. My room sure looked it. So great for a single traveler. I had a small single room. There are many room size options, as I recall. Don't hesitate to stay here. It's a fabulous place for an inexpensive stay. I stayed on a Thursday night. I'm not sure what weekend prices are though. They also give you a glass bottle of complimentary spring water. A nice brand. The closet, desk, side tables, EVERYTHING was immaculate and perfectly new looking and organized so well. My room was small though, which I liked. It was just the right amount of room. And the bed was one of the greatest I've ever encountered in my life.

Staff was amazing, maybe the photo on the expidia site regarding the room were not as they appear other than that everything was wonderful.

We only stayed for one night, but the Rossio Plaza Hotel was excellent! It was clean and modern. The room size was generous (by European standards lol). Staff were very friendly and made some great activity suggestions. Also, the location was excellent - close to many city highlights. The only negative is that there was some street noise at night (nothing crazy, just might be a consideration if you are a light sleeper or have kids). As well, this may have been a one-off due to the World Cup viewing parties. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would book again the next time we are in Lisboa. PS. Be sure to check out Castro (next door to the hotel) or Confeitaria Nacional (around the corner) for amazing pastel de natas!

The front desk staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was the perfect size to accommodate 2 people and the air conditioning was a nice plus. The room was always clean and plenty of storage for a few days in Lisbon.
