This hotel is in an excellent position, so you may walk to any destination. There is a train that left very early, so the restaurant was closed, so we were surprised with our breakfast box in the morning. The hotel also has an elevator, which they had upgraded a few years ago. The service laundry was also simple and quick. All the employees were friendly and helpful. The accommodations are reasonably priced, some of the employees spoke English, and the restaurant offers an excellent selection of cuisine.

The location of the hotel is also strategic because close to the tram. But not close to the train station. The hotel is not that big and noisy at night. The staff here were very friendly and knowledgeable.

The property is right off the main thoroughfare. On the ground level, there is a restaurant that serves breakfast and remains open all day. There are a few travel agents offices, and the hotel can schedule you a car with a driver to take you to places of interest, an airport, a train station, or Lake Bail. All for very reasonable costs that are lower than what we were charged by a taxi we caught on the street. The laundry service is excellent, quick, and affordable. The personnel is extremely friendly and helpful. They also permitted us to store our luggage while we went to Lake Bai. An ATM is also in the foyer, and the hotel accepts creditdebit cards. The rooms are very clean, and the staff is trustworthy and pleasant.

Three stars hotel in a nice, central location near a bus stop, grocery stores, and a few nice cafes. The room was clean and comfortable overall. However, cleaning was not done correctly every time, sometimes just the towels were changed. Breakfast was the worst I have ever experienced. Despite being advertised as a buffet it was strictly portioned and limited with very poor choices, mostly carbs. The coffee did not deserve the name. If you decided to stay here, I would recommend a breakfast out and switch to a nearby cafe.

The first problem is the check-in process. When we checked in or attempted to, the front desk checked in two other groups before us despite the fact that they had arrived after we did. The second problem is that while they claim they speak English, they actually don't. After a long train or plane ride you don't feel like communicating via phones especially when cheaper options in town have fluent assistance. Third problem was the hotel staff would knock fast and open the door. Fourth issue there were three people at the front desk but only one person was actually working maybe that is typical here in Russia? The rooms are spacious enough, but I would not say they are a great value for the price. Stay somewhere else who understands service and speaks English.
