Great experience at this hotel. It's location is perfect, right next to the city centre (and in the middle of two of Nis' attractions - the Fortress & the Skull Tower). The rooms are large, bright, clean and spacious. Even the balcony was big. The staff were extremely helpful and accommodating - from showing me on Google maps which ATM/bankomat to use without fees, to allowing me to check out later (which enabled me to work for a few hours longer before moving to another country). Access to the building is simple with an electronic tag, and there is a bar/restaurant directly downstairs (as well as food options and supermarkets within 3mins walk).

Centrally located hotel within easy reach of all major attractions. Our flight was delayed and the staff ensured that we could check in with no issues. We were provided with first class service with help on where to go and what are the best bars and restaurants. Try the retro bar next door for great food and drinks. I’ve stayed in numerous hotels across the world however few match the service here. Great prices and great room. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Was a great stay at the lovely city of Nis. The Hotel is really well located near the center and you can walk from there everywhere . You will find all that you need during your stay at Bloom and the staff are really friendly and open to give you the best tips on what to visit . The combination between a good price , good location , good amenities and friendly staff makes bloom the perfect place to stay

Amazing location, near the city center. Cheap prices of rooms and cleanliness is on high point. Staff is so friendly and wellcoming. It is also great atmosphere inside hostel. For the beer lovers you have great pub Berta downstairs, with also delicious food. All suggestions to this hostel!

This is a beautiful place, and when it's the middle of the year, it's completely warm inside and cozy. The staff here is very fantastic, as is the condition of the room, and it is clean and tidy. The location is nice and the location is close to the train station and the center.

It has an excellent location, excellent value for money, a spotless environment, fast internet, and peaceful surroundings. The proprietors are incredibly pleasant and helpful. They are sincere and decent people. The fortress, bars, and other attractions are all within a 15-minute stroll, so that's why this hotel is highly commended.

I will stay here again. I had a fantastic time here. The owner and the whole staff are incredibly nice, treat you like family. Tina, the housekeeper, is a sweet and friendly girl who always answers your every need with a smile and works hard to make everyones stay more enjoyable. I can honestly say that I came across a new friend here. Also, the manager is an amazing kind man who is extremely helpful with information and you can agree with him on anything.

This hostel is wonderful, the place was very friendly and welcoming, and the room and bathroom were very clean. The hostel is close to the city center, where I felt at home. The place was more than I expected. This is one of the finest hostels I've stayed in thus far, and I highly recommend it if you want to get a great accommodation.
