Well situated, close to many restaurants along Billy Folly Road; Also approximately 10-15 minutes from the airport and similalrly quite close to Maho Beach and perhaps 3-4 minutes from Kim Sha Beach! The staff throughout our stay were extremely helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage when we arrived far earlier than our check in time and kept us informed as to when our room would be ready, while we ate lunch and took in the spectacular Kim Sha Beach. Special shout out to Mr. Frank; the absolute nicest member of staff (after hours security guard) I have ever met at a resort; who made us feel like family. The apt sized pool is raised to almost resemble an inifiniti pool and overlooks the coast line. The pool faces the quaint, but well appointed bar/restaurant. The room was very clean and had all the amenities- fridge, kitchen, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker. All around, excellent value for money

Good beach view. Having a kitchen provided us more to time enjoy the coffee in the morning, having a great location made the Island very accessible to any beach. The service was excellent. We will be back soon!

Room was clean and lovely, the bed comfy, good layout. Ocean view spectacular, bathroom good: plenty of towels water pressure good. Minor things: kitchen needs a set of tongs for turning and lifting hot items while cooking, the shower is a bit awkward because of the opeing to step in and the fan leaked over the toilet. Otherwise, a great place for my first visit to St. Martaan. The staff was kind and friendly and helpful always.

La Vista Hotel est tres bien situe pour les restaurants et la plage. tres propre et tres bon service. les 2 piscines sont tres belles. la chambre etait tres confortable avec la cuisine complete. il n y a pas de plage devant le complexe mais plusieurs disponible a 5 minutes de marche.

We needed a hotel for our family of four for one night. La Vista delivered and then some! The hotel is extremely clean and the facilities are clearly attended to with care. I wouldn't describe it as a family hotel, per se, but our kids had fun in the pool while we enjoyed a delicious poolside lunch. We emailed and requested our room early, and they were able to let us in around 1p instead of regular check-in. BONUS points for also recognizing my husband's birthday with a gift basket. Convenient location, plenty of free parking. Would not hesitate to book again.

We stayed in an ocean front beach front studio. It was amazing! Great service and great food at The Hideaway restaurant. The only thing that would make it better is a hotel shuttle.
