Our last time in was. Despite having mixed sentiments during previous visits, we were nonetheless positive enough to return. Unfortunately, this time, it was not the case because of poor service and unprofessional management. Starting with the positives 1. The location is excellent, just off the slopes, and the views are wonderful. 2. Nice, modern, and tasteful decor in the reception, restaurant, and sitar, along with lovely furnishings and lights. 3. The motel is a perfect size, not too small or too big. 4. Small but comfy swimming area. Opening hours are surprisingly short, between 15. 00 for families and 18. 00 for adults. But it is manageable. 1. Restaurant management staff are nice and cheerful, but they are ineffective in helping and appear to care little about it in some cases. For breakfast, there are set menus, which include a starter or soup selection, two main choices, and a dessert, so it appears to be easy to manage because all of the dishes are prepared fresh. The breakfast is served until 10.30 a.m. We usually arrive around 9.30, but the options were very limited, and the leftovers appeared to be very disappointing, you were not ready to taste fried eggs, ham, or other items, so you can order very good coffee at the bar, which they claim is far below four star standards. I highly recommend it. I took a few days out with my dog to hike nine-and-a-tank trails. During this time, I stayed at the hotel wasna. The hotel staff is very friendly and the cuisine is good too, including vegetarians, which are not that common in the area. All in all, I had very positive experiences.

We are undoubtedly returning in march when they are planning a major tuna party. Most of the time I travel. I could claim that I slept in hotels beds more than I did last year. We had just moved to Slovakia and decided to spend the weekend skiing in the Tetras Mountains. We were truly astonished. You exit the hotel right on the slope. Snow quality, cables, and ski bars are comparable to those in Italy and Switzerland. The hotel rooms are spacious and have stunning views. A ski bar is a must-visit experience. You will be sipping your glass of champagne in the best company of world-class professional skiers, smiling down from the wall. The owner, Lucid and Peter, are pleasant and accommodating almost all wishes. We really appreciated our dog's acceptance. The cuisine is delicious, and the champagnewine list has numerous options. They have three masseurs, who do a fantastic job!

It's a great place to stay, close to the Teleskop and the slopes. The accommodation was great. The employees were helpful and attentive. And then, the owners here were quite kind. After that, the place was cozy as apres ski. Subsequently, they also served great meals.
