General Information
•Pets are not allowed.
•Guests are responsible for their own personal belongings.
•No personal heating devices are allowed. Eating and cooking are permitted in the room, except for meat and fish.
•Guests are responsible for any damage to or loss of property facilities.
•Please store your shoes in the shoe cabinet. (No compensation for loss.)
Disinfection/Sanitation
•As a Korea Tourism Organization certified accommodation, regular disinfection is conducted directly by the organization.
•Hand sanitizers are provided, entry logs are maintained, and disinfection is carried out after each guest checks out.
Reservation & Fee Policy
•Minors are not allowed to stay or share rooms with adults under any circumstances. Please check with the property in advance before making a reservation. If check-in is refused due to a reservation involving minors sharing a room, cancellation/refund is not available.
•Same-day reservations are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.
•Check-in is available until 22:00 (10:00 PM). Check-in is not possible after 22:00, and in this case, cancellation/refund is not available.
•Room rates vary depending on the standard number of guests. For special rooms such as party rooms, the number of guests must be confirmed directly.
•In case of cancellation due to property circumstances, a 100% refund will be provided; however, room information may change at any time due to property circumstances, and we are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by such changes.
•If the number of guests exceeds the standard, an additional fee of KRW 30,000 per person will be charged on site.
