When booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. This applies to A single booking with multiple rooms or Multiple bookings made under the same account.

- Check-in is not permitted if the total number of guests exceeds the maximum occupancy.
- Children under 7 years old may stay free of charge without bedding: up to 1 child in the 16-pyeong unit and up to 2 children in the 35-pyeong and 51-pyeong units.
※ If the total number of guests, including the standard occupancy and complimentary guests, exceeds the maximum occupancy, an additional charge of KRW 30,000 per night applies, regardless of age. This charge is payable on site.
- Extra beds: Not available.
- Bedding: Additional bedding is available for KRW 30,000 per set, per night, payable on site.

- Parking location: Ground-floor pilotis areas within each condominium building.
- Parking capacity: Up to 25 vehicles per building.
- Parking fee: Complimentary parking is provided according to room type (16-pyeong: 2 vehicles / 35-pyeong: 4 vehicles / 51-pyeong: 6 vehicles).
- Parking instructions: Vehicles must be registered in advance at the condominium front desk. Parking is available until 23:59 on the day of check-out.

Pets are not allowed in standard rooms. Guests wishing to bring a dog must book a pet-friendly room through the official website.

The Media Art Center will be closed from Friday, November 27 to Saturday, November 28, 2026, due to a private event.
