【 Pet Room 】 Guidelines for Staying in Pet-Designated Rooms

【 Mandatory Rules 】
Never leave your pet alone in the room (to prevent noise complaints).
When using the pet room, you must take your pet with you even for brief outings.
※ If a pet is found left alone in the room, immediate eviction will be enforced.
※ Pets must be carried when moving around the facility, as leash walking is not allowed.Room Assignment:
1st floor, 30-pyeong (approx. 99 sqm) two-room unit (1 double bed + 1 ondol room).
Standard occupancy: 5 people. Additional person: KRW 5,000. Extra bedding: KRW 10,000. Ocean view: KRW 20,000.
3. Pet Room Amenities:
Includes: Food and water bowls, potty tray, 2 pads, 1 pet towel, 1 roll of waste bags, 1 deodorizer, 1 toy, and 1 pack of wet wipes.
(Items provided are subject to change.)
4. Pet Policy:
Only small dogs under 7kg are allowed, with a maximum of 2 dogs per room.
(1 dog included in the base rate; an additional dog incurs a KRW 30,000 fee. More than 2 dogs are not permitted.)
※ Unauthorized additional pets will result in a penalty of KRW 50,000 per pet and immediate eviction if uncooperative.


- Sea sauna is closed every Wednesday
- KRW 20,000 for beach allocation is separate from local payment.


5. Pet Restrictions:
Only dogs are allowed in pet rooms. Other pets are not permitted.
6. Vaccination Requirement:
Dogs without basic vaccinations are not allowed to stay.
7. Public Areas:
In shared spaces (parking lot, elevator, lobby, etc.), pets must be carried or kept in a carrier.Free walking without a leash or walking with a leash is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
8. Additional Rules:
Pets must accompany you during outings. Leaving pets alone in the room will result in eviction (due to noise complaints).
Clean your pet's paws before re-entering the room after outings.
Dispose of pet waste in the toilet and place used pads in sanitary bags before discarding them in the trash.
Any damage or contamination to bedding, supplies, or facilities will incur repair fees.
9. Unauthorized Pet Stays:
Unauthorized pet stays will result in immediate eviction and penalties.

If guest want to get Ocean view, Guest need to pay extra KRW 20,000 on site for weekdays and weekends.
