This place has a peaceful atmosphere, just i 2 minutes from convenience stores and 5 minutes to haeundae beach. The view from the rooftop is amazing! The room is spacious and comfortable with cosy beds. And then, the location is strategic. After that, this place close to convenience store. Subsequently, they also have street food.

This place has a beautiful cafe, rooftop, and rooms. The price is reasonable. Its ideally located, just ten minutes walk from the main strip, which has many great stores, restaurants, beaches.

Clean, affordable, and friendly staff. However please note that they only have small towels and the bathroom will always be wet (since their shower drain is under the hand washing sink), so you need to use the provided bathroom slippers. I wish i could go to the rooftop, but it is always closed.

The view from the park is amazing, and as you descend to sea level, you can see a stunning view of haeundae beach. After that, the walk uphill to the parks and park makes it easy to get there. Subsequently, they serve breakfast for 1000 won. Hereafter, its advisable to walk from subway, although it may be tucked away if you have large luggage.

The room is very spacious and the bathroom is also very good. The view from the roof is really nice and has a great atmosphere. Good location, but there is no pool, gym, or hot tub. Otherwise, i give it 5 stars. I paid well worth the price.

I spent five nights here. The hotel is conveniently located at the end of haeundae beach. It is within walking distance to the Dalmaji road, which has lovely old cherry trees and fantastic city views. Although the room was large, it was rather basic. I didnt feel comfortable without bedside lamps. There were plenty of seats on the rooftop, as well as it had a lot of space. In the bathroom, there were random noises coming from. However, the personnel were courteous.

The rooms arent big, but i love the terrace. Very close to the blue line capsule, use the back of the hotel for shortcuts. Prices are very good and only 2 minutes walk to beach, highly recommended.

The location is close to haeundae beach, with a beautiful view. The room was clean and tidy. There is onsite cafe on the third floor and we received idly discount vouchers.

The rooftop is open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM.
Please note that rooftop access may be restricted due to weather conditions such as rain or strong wind for safety reasons, and room cancellations or refunds will not be provided in such cases.
Breakfast service is not available, and outside food is not allowed on the rooftop.
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are available at KRW 10,000 per hour for standard rooms (excluding Penthouse and Ocean Panorama).
For Penthouse and Ocean Panorama rooms, the charge is KRW 20,000 per hour.
The maximum extension for all rooms is until 3:00 PM the following day.
All rooms are based on double occupancy, and additional guest charges apply per night when exceeding the standard occupancy.
An additional fee of KRW 20,000 applies per extra guest, regardless of age.
One vehicle per room is allowed, and additional parking is charged at KRW 20,000 per vehicle.
Minors are not allowed to make reservations or check in regardless of parental consent, and no refund will be provided in case of violation.
Pets are strictly prohibited, and guests found bringing pets will be asked to leave without refund.
All rooms are non-smoking.
Smoking inside the room may result in immediate eviction without refund, a KRW 100,000 penalty, and additional compensation for damages.
