Hotel Joy

 1) Before check-in: 3 days before check-in date (free), other (Penalty up to  3 days' charge)
 2) After check-in: 3 days before the changed check-out date (free), other (Penalty up to 3 days' charge)

* All of our rooms are NON-SMOKING ROOMS.  If you smoke, you will be charged an additional 1 night charge and will be forced to leave.
* There are one queen size bed, free wifi, computer, refrigerator, 45 inch full-hd TV, coffee pot, airconditioner, microwave, hairdryer, instant coffee sticks and green tea packs, bottled water, can-coke, can- coffee, etc. in all rooms.
* The free Wi-Fi ID is a room number and there is no password, when you select the ID, it will be connected right away.
* The cost of using the coffee bean machine in the lobby on the first floor is $1 or 1,000 won and you can request a paper coffee cup from the front desk.
* If there is any damage to bedding, towels, goods, wallpaper due to your carelessness while staying the room, You will be charged extra.
* Only one car per room is allowed to use our hotel parking, but use of the parking lot is not guaranteed always.
* The Hotel Joy is located about 400m (0.25mile) from Camp Humphreys Anjeong gate or walking gate.

* Check-in through the front desk is from 14:00 to 23:30. After that, contactless check-in information will be sent via Agoda.com message. 
* Check out is until 10:00 AM next day.  If you wish to extend your check out time, the extra charge is krw10,000won per hour (Suite room, krw20,000 won per hour).
* The rate does not include breakfast, Our hotel does not provide breakfast. 
* Each room allows up to 2 adults and 1 child under the age of 6 years old, We charge krw 30,000 won include bedding set(blanket & mattress) each extra person per night.
* If you need additional bedding set(blanket & mattress), an additional fee of 10,000 won per night will be charged.
* If you are accompanied by a pet, there is a pet surcharge per night, per pet (less than 5kg, krw30,000 won / 5kg to less than 10kg, krw35,000 won / 10kg to less than 15kg, krw40,000 won   / more than 15kg, contact us again)
* If for any reason you need to cancel or change your reservation, you must inform us 3 days (by 10am) in advance from the effective change date.
        otherwise, you will be charged a cancellation fee equivalent to a mixmum of the 3 day charge.
