Legal standards: Minors cannot use the facility, cannot enter even when accompanied by a guardian, and cannot use it even for same-sex minors.
Please understand that if ID verification is requested and you fail to present valid identification, entry will be denied (no cancellation or refund).
(ID photos are not accepted.) Only original ID cards, passports, and driver’s licenses are accepted.
If ID verification is not possible upon check-in, use of the facility may be restricted, and no refund will be provided.

The storage period for lost and found items is limited to one week from the date they are found.

Attaching balloons or decorations in the room is strictly prohibited.

If walls, sofas, or floors are damaged or contaminated with foreign substances, compensation will be claimed.

⭐WALTZ HOTEL Accommodation Reservation Policy
Check-in is available after verifying your reservation name and reservation number at the front desk.
Once you have started using the room, it is not possible to change to an accommodation type with a different rate. If you switch to an overnight stay, the full accommodation fee must be paid again.
For guests using late check-in rooms, please note that the full overnight accommodation fee will be charged after 11 p.m. — please make sure to observe the check-out time.
For reservations made through the app, WALTZ HOTEL’s internal policies and regulations apply.
Room cleaning service is available from the third night of consecutive stays. (No cleaning service for stays of 2 nights and 3 days or less.)

Free shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided in every room.
Two additional towels and two bottles of water are provided per room; extra items beyond that will incur an additional charge.

Netflix is available (accessible through the set-top box using your personal account).
Toiletries and disposable items can be purchased separately at the front desk (standard price KRW 2,000, non-refundable).

Room numbers and designs are randomly assigned according to hotel operating conditions.
Additional charges may be applied automatically if check-out time is exceeded.
Room rates are based on double occupancy; exceeding the capacity is not allowed.
(Only the first registered guests are allowed to enter.)
Do not use colored bath products in the bathtub (cleaning fee will apply if stained).
The in-room laptop is not available for guest use.
Guests must check in before 5 a.m.; in unavoidable cases of late check-in, please contact the property in advance.
(No-shows will be processed automatically after 5 a.m.)
Animals and plants are strictly prohibited in guest rooms.
Kickboards and bicycles are not allowed in the room under any circumstances.
If such items are found, guests will be asked to leave immediately without refund, and a penalty may apply.
In case of theft, damage, or contamination of any provided items, compensation and laundry fees may be charged.
A fine will be imposed for smoking in the room.
