We arrived for an 8-night stay in room 010 smelled of sewage, we were given the ensure room instead of the dorm because it was awful. The owner texted the day before the arrival time to confirm arrival time. The check-in counter is a tiny little window and, of course, she doesn't speak much English, but she does her best. When we arrived, we arrived at our room and it was fine, until we realized. 1 We could see the bed by the bedsheets as they kept running. The bed had a number of menstrual blood stains. One large one near the pillow. After our first shower, the toilet flooded and took a long time to drain, then the sewage odor started. On the first night, I texted the owner to let him know, they said they would fix it the following day. They fixed the drainage issue and the sewage smell was covered by air fresheners, which wore off within an hour. On the second night, I texted the owner again the and night and also included the bed stains problem, which the owner said was both fixed. So we decided to let them fix it. When I returned the next night, both problems remain. The sewage smell is terrible, and they didn't even attempt to cover up the period stains. We both agreed that it was okay to change rooms rather, but

The bathroom's cleanliness was excellent. And then there was the bad smell from the sewage in room 010. After that, the cleanliness here was bad. Subsequently, the bed sheet clogged the room so we had trouble seeing the bed, and then there's the sewage smell. Then, the bathroom was flooded with a sewage smell and it took for a long time to drain. After that, the mattress had numerous stains for menstrual fluid. Next, one clogged in the area close to the pillow, so it took very long time to drain.
