Kami menambahkan tempat tidur tambahan ke junior suite, memungkinkan 3 orang untuk menginap. Meskipun suite, tapi kamarnya sangat kecil sehingga memasang EXB membuatnya tidak terlihat seperti suite. Namun, peredamannya kurang bagus. Staf sedikit lebih ramah daripada Westin di sebelah. Sangat menyenangkan mengetahui bahwa mereka memberi tahu saya layanan apa yang berfungsi dan tidak, jadi saya tidak tersinggung. Benar saja, ini berbeda. Westin sedikit lebih sombong dan ramah. Anda dapat menghilangkan rasa lelah dengan kursi pijat sauna. Staycation sangat menyenangkan!

Meskipun sudah menunjukkan sedikit tanda-tanda keausan, tetap layak mendapat bintang 5 dan alamat yang bagus untuk liburan kota Seoul. Terletak sangat sentral, layanan perfeksionis dan tergantung pada kamarnya, pemandangan yang luar biasa. Sarapan prasmanan tidak meninggalkan apa pun yang Anda inginkan dan staf yang sangat membantu tersedia sepanjang waktu. Sayangnya, spa termasuk ruang kebugaran dan kolam renang indoor berada di gedung sebelah, sehingga sedikit menghalangi kunjungan spontan.

We stayed twice. Hotel across from city hall. Large lobby with low lighting, dark decoration striking but not warm on cold snowy February day. Very comfortable rooms divided into bedroom, en suite and sitting room. Very nice buffet breakfast in both western and korean, including a coffee maker. Normally i smile when i come across small differences in the dozens of hotels we stay in but find it very unusual that when we presented ourselves for buffet dinner on the first night we were told the restaurant was full all night. The only alternative was their smart chinese restaurant, bar snacks or room service. Of course we would have done if we had been warned that residents should book their own hotel restaurant. Ok, a firstworld problem but the plaza is a Marriott hotel. We booked two different city restaurants for our second stay. The airport bus departs from the hotel. It is quick and very comfortable, a very convenient way to get to the airport. I guess it also does the return journey. Hotel and airport bus highly recommended.

Excellent hotel in a prime central location near one of the main palaces, the main city underground line, and day and night markets. My room was a good size, had a decent bathroom, and had a view of the library and town hall. The service was excellent, always helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet was a good size and of good quality, with many options and i could get a decent espresso. The room could use a bit of freshening up, there were small signs of use. My only downside was that the attached pool, not the hotel, had a tattoo policy which i did not choose to use.

The city boasts excellent infrastructure, and the locals are exceptionally friendly. The hotel boasts a stunning location, nestled in a prime area near popular tourist attractions, particularly the southkorean grand palace.

The plaza is in a great location in front of Seoul city hall and it is also easily accessible by car. The lounge provides snack and happy hour throughout the day. Although the room is a bit small and the cost is not very reasonable, the plaza will provide all the necessary conditions, including welcome gifts and lounge access. However, if you want an upgrade based on availability, you might be disappointed.

This hotel has a stylish design, friendly staff, and authentic food stalls and restaurants nearby, which are different from ordinary restaurants in tourist areas. There is a lotte supermarket within a tenminute walk, which is very convenient.

Nice view! Convenient smart rooms with many electronic conveniences such as automatic curtains. However, please be aware that the water pool is located in another building! You must leave before reaching the fitness center.

As a devoted lifetime Titanium member at the Marriott bonvoy, i can confidently say that my recent stay at the Plaza Seoul exceeded all expectations. The 18thfloor club lounge offers an exceptional experience with topnotch food, delightful beverages, and a breathtaking view of the city center and skating rink, a true gem among Marriott properties. What truly sets this hotel apart is their prompt resolution of issues. Despite the chilly southkorean winter, the staff promptly addressed an overheating issue in my room, ensuring my comfort in the slightly cooler temperature i prefer. The health club and gym facilities are absolutely fantastic. I enjoyed my daily 5 k run and even indulged in a game of golf with a captivating snowy backdrop of the city center. Its a haven for fitness enthusiasts and those seeking unique experiences. The bellmans service deserves special praise for its firstclass treatment. The luggage handling and taxi calling were executed flawlessly, adding an extra layer of convenience to my stay. Without a doubt, i will choose the plaza seoul on my future flights to the usa. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for unparalleled korean hospitality. A fivestar experience from start to finish!.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as is the service. When we arrived and walked through the door, we were greeted and personally taken to the club floor for checkin. The suites were a little on the smaller side. The club lounge was spacious and offered a great selection for breakfast and dinner. The bakery, which is part of the hotel, offers great afternoon cakes. Would happily stay here again.

We booked a king room for three nights and was upgraded to a higher floor but not a suite like my last stay around 5 years ago. The facilities have aged us exceptionally well. The lounge served breakfast and food all day for elite titanium members. The gym was spacious and wellequipped. Everyone was very friendly and polite. Central across from city hall and accessible by public transport. We took the arex express in from incheon and it was easy to find the hotel through the underground pedways. The bed was comfortable, the shower pressure was great, everything you would expect from a highend hotel. Planning for our next stay already!.

The location is fantastic! The rooms are getting old and require brighter lighting. Maybe im getting older, but it reminds me of the dark rooms at the hotel. At the concierge level, customer service has taken a negative turn. The valet staff is still excellent. At breakfast, between the lounge and the restaurant, they are not very accommodating.

If you take trains most of the time, its convenient because it was close to cityhall station. Its convenient that we dont have to haul our luggage to the airport express because the airport limousine stops right at the hotel. When we were there, there was an ice skating rink right in front of the hotel.
