In compliance with the new "Go Green" policy, the property is participating in the environmental movement to minimize waste and plastic emissions.We avoid using packaging materials and disposable items for operational purposes, and all disposable items other than bottled water are not provided in rooms. Bathroom amenities are provided in large quantities.
Additional housekeeping service is not offered until the second nigiht of consecutive stay.
Guests are advised to receive additional amenities such as towels and bottled water from the front deskstaying for more than 3 nights, housekeeping service is performed once only for those who request it. (Requests must be made at the front desk by 1 p.m. on the day of the stay.)
● Pet Room Policy
- Only small dogs weighing under 10 kg are allowed.
- A pet identification tag (microchip) is required.
- Only dogs with rabies vaccination within the past year and required core vaccinations are permitted.
- A maximum of one (1) small dog per room is allowed.
- Pets must be on a fixed leash (up to 1.5 m) in public areas; use of a stroller or carrier is recommended.
● Restricted Breeds
- The following breeds and their mixes are not allowed: Tosa Inu, American Pit Bull Terrier, American Staffordshire Terrier, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Poongsan Dog, Doberman Pinscher, American Bully.
- Medium and large dogs are not permitted.

● Important Notes
- Pets are allowed only in designated Pet Rooms and are not permitted in standard rooms.
- The maximum occupancy is 4 persons, and additional guests are not allowed.
- Guests who do not meet the pet policy may be denied check-in or required to check out.


※In the case of the Deluxe Ondol Double Room, up to the maximum number of people can stay if the standard number is exceeded, and an additional fee of KRW 20,000 (including bedding, payment on site)
Our Grand Intoraon Hotel is nearby Gangwon Land (casino), and It is possible to visit the casino from hotel within 5 minutes by car.
We also have single rooms for general travelers and casino travelers to provide more comfortable facilities and accommodations.
