Choć lokalizacja hostelu jest dogodna (lokalizacja w pobliżu centrum), to pobyt w La Estrella Suites okazał się koszmarem! Do hostelu bardzo ciężko się dostać. Dotarłszy pod właściwy adres trzeba zadzwonić na numer podany w gablocie obok drzwi, przy czym nie spodziewajmy się, że osoba, która odbierze telefon będzie mówiła w innym języku niż hiszpański. O recepcji nie ma mowy. Ludzi z obsługi nie widać wcale. Hostel nie jest sprzątany (tylko gdy ma przyjechać nowy gość, ogarniają dla niego pokój). Łazienka była wspólna i w czasie 12 - dniowego pobytu posprzątano ją tylko raz i to niemal na koniec pobytu. To, że żadna sprzątaczka wcześniej nawet nie dotykała tej łazienki łatwo było stwierdzić przez fakt zalegania na podłodze długich czarnych włosów, należących zapewne do wcześniejszej lokatorki. Byliśmy w tym hostelu w okresie świąteczno - sylwestrowym. Po sylwestrze wróciliśmy do pokoju około 3 w nocy i ... jakieś towarzystwo dobijało nam się do pokoju do samego rana. Musieliśmy trzymać drzwi od wewnątrz, żeby ich nie wyważono. Baliśmy się, nie mogliśmy spać i zastanawialiśmy się czy dzwonić na policję czy jeszcze poczekać. Obawialiśmy się, że jeśli zadzwonimy, agresorzy mogą wrócić następnego dnia i zemścić się, co nie byłoby trudne z uwagi na brak recepcji. Rano okazało się, że to goście z Portugalii, którzy oprócz całonocnego ataku na nasz pokój, przystroili swoimi wymiocinami całą łazienkę. Obsługa nie posprzątała tego przez kilka kolejnych dni !!!

Deben informar de cómo es el funcionamiento. Llegue y estuve esperando 3 horas y no me abrían. Llame Al teléfono que indica se puede hacer y nunca contestaron. Supuestamente te pasan un código con la reserva para que entres directamente. Las habitaciones están sucias, los baños un desastre, nunca vinieron a limpiar.

Horroroso. La cama hundida en medio y cada vez k te dabas la vuelta sonaba. No vimos a nadie de personal nos dejaron la llave en la mesita de noche y allí la dejamos cuando marchamos. No limpiaron ni cambiaron toallas en los tres días k duro la estancia. Hay una terraza muy ruidosa justo debajo y hasta las 3 de la madrugada no cesó el ruido.
