We was wearing call pajamas at the end of June and had a great time in the Flacalco hotels. The apartment was great with a wonderful pool, a beautiful Mediterranean garden, and great service with fantastic meals. I'm sure we will be back soon.

On the plus side, the beds are comfy, the air conditioning is perfect, and the maids change towels frequently, and the beds are made every day. Thats the good bit over and done. The rooms are extremely small, even for me as a solo traveller, this is small compared to the studio apartment I stayed in last year. The rooms are worn out, the hotel looks like they have chosen to update the bathrooms when really the rooms need to be improved. Laminate flooring is inexpensive. This is supposed to be a family hotel, but during my stay I sadly witnessed very bad behaviour on Saturday night. I woke up at midnight, and a group of drunken idiots tried to kick the door in. It was very loud, and they were clearly drunk from their tiny thoughts. This was followed at midnight by yelling, screaming, and crying may have been the most normal, I do not know, and then again at midnight, so I had absolutely no sleep. What I personally look for when I reserve a quiet hotel building. The room is too small, the food is not up to my standard, and the menu is pretty simple. The bed, as I mentioned, was comfortable, making for a good sleep when not disturbed by idiots. The proprietors appear to be friendly, but this stay was let down by the hotel allowing drunken louts to stay there when young families

The staff was great, the food was delicious with lots of options, the one bedroom apartment was decent in size. Central to all beaches, shops, restaurants and buses. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again.

We were very satisfied and highly recommend this hotel. The hotel staff was really friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time there. The location is ideal in the center of Call Ratjada. Will definitely stay here again. Olga tiaras.

Great value and budget option. This hotel is very peaceful and family friendly, and tries to maintain its status as well. We have a problem with loud drunk Germans, which I guess is no wonder because this island is more german than Spanish, but the hotel immediately solved our problem, moved us to a quieter room, and even refused to pay for the champagne we ordered as a payment. I personally greatly appreciate this gesture and want to thank the director and receptionist Rodrigo? Who was really funny but professional and helpful as well. We stayed for 7 days and had half board, which was a good choice as the breakfast and dinner changed every day with the food being very good, even the waiter and waitresses were doing great work too. I know that having a job like this can be exhausting and really challenging at times, so I give the Flacalco staff a thumbs up for their excellent approach and all the smiles. If we ever stay in Call Ratjada again, we will return to this hotel. Thank you for making us feel at home during our stay.
