We stayed 4 nights in the Sofia suite in the annex building and were very pleased. The suite was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. The shower heated up fast and had good pressure. The bed was a bit hard but comfortable. The ac worked efficiently. Breakfast is fresh and delicious. All day there are fresh fruit, sweets, coffee and tea, and water bottles available. Ana, who checked us in and handled breakfast, is lovely. Beware she speaks no English but is patient and good at pantomime. The location couldn't be better. Steps away from all the buzz but super quiet. Our only complaint, echod by other reviewers, is that it can be difficult to get to someone at the hotel after breakfast. You can contact them via whats app, but it may take a long time to get a response. Overall a great stay in our favorite Spanish city.

I cannot praise it enough. We're currently staying here and will leave tomorrow. This hotel is fantastic. The area around the hotel is immaculate and the rooms are tidy. There is plenty of closet space. A free safety deposit box, hair dryers, nice toiletries. Free water is provided in the refrigerator. The old town's location is ideal. Bring a small car rather than the biggest rental vehicle because it's a little tight because we had a large car, however, the hotel's quiet location car park is located below it. I cannot fault this hotel's excellent continental breakfast. You will not be let down here at all if you stay here.

What an extraordinary and beautiful hotel. Its location is ideal, 5 minutes walk from the center. The rooms are a dream, they have 4 poster beds and fantastic andalusian character. Breakfast was delicious, tea and coffee were available all day. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. And it was great value. Would suggest this hotel 100 ac.

It's a quiet place, but only one minute from the pedestrian streets with lots of bars, restaurants, and shopping. Parking is available in the garage and only 20 meters from the hotel. This place has good hospitality. The employees here were very friendly. The food that they serve here was excellent. And then, they also provide fresh fruit, water and coffee for free.

My spouse and I remained in October for four days. We had a great time and would strongly suggest this business. Although I'll say that the bed was more difficult than we normally like, we have found that to be common in Europe. The staff was generally prompt, and the breakfast was excellent. We had a weak WiFi connection in our room, but if we went to the breakfast area, it worked perfectly. It was difficult to locate the hotel, and Google Maps is incorrect. My husband refused to believe me, despite my assessment that I had read about it on TripAdvisor. If only he listened, it would have taken us an hour to locate the property. We could walk pretty much everywhere in town because of the hotel's position. Three cars are available for an additional fee if you reserve in advance. Since no one handles the front desk during the day, make sure you reserve a room in advance. Several individuals inquired about a room, but there was no one available to assist them until 400 p.m.
