We selected this hotel for our anniversary because a relative had suggested it. We requested a high floor, and were not disappointed because the view from the with floor is out of this world. When we checked in, reception acknowledged our anniversary, asked when it was, and told them the with. It coincided with the hotels anniversary, but unfortunately, that was it, it seemed we were forgotten. The clean rooms and pristine white sheets and towels that are changed every day are the best we have ever seen in any hotel we've stayed in and have traveled extensively. Tea and coffee replenished daily paper cups are only provided. There is no daily grind of running for a sunbed in the morning, there is plenty to be had, and the attendant makes sure you have an umbrella, a table, etc. Breakfast was as expected, with plenty to choose from, and beautiful and hot. Dinner was a bit disappointing because although there was lots to choose from, the menu was occasionally strange and many of the meat was very dry. It would have been lovely to be able to take drinks from the bar to the restaurant or the entertainment bar to the room, but this is not permitted. Although it is largely geared toward the older generation, the entertainment is very good and the drinks are of high quality and reasonably priced. Overall a very nice hotel with beautiful grounds and polite staff.

We had an enjoyable stay here. There are so many amazing plants, waterfalls, and lovely flowers at the entrance. They offer a complimentary meal at the restaurant because one of our rooms was not prepared, and they were so angry that we had to get another free meal. The restaurant has good food, and the room was very clean with a terrace with a sea view. The pool was a hot and comfortable place to swim.

This is a fantastic hotel. We recently returned from a week of leisure time. We had to spend the rest of our vacation relaxing after an unfavorable vacation in February. We couldn't have been happier. Everything was spot on. The restaurant was excellent, the room we had was a standard room on the floor, very comfortable, with wonderful views, comfortable mattresses, and the walls weren't as thick as paper, allowing us to relax without disturbing the neighbors. With lots of sun loungers, a beautiful pool area, and the pool attendant was very conscious of my mobility issues' difficulty getting out of the pool in a tiny way, he discreetly assisted him without bringing it up, which we thought was a great touch. The comfortable sofas in the dining room were complete with numerous hotel photos from the past. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel, so we have reserved a return in 9 weeks, and this time, for 2 weeks. I appreciate the entire staff for making our visit enjoyable, and having a wonderful anniversary celebration.

A lovely, cozy hotel with very friendly, efficient staff in all departments, particularly Ana in the dining room. Breakfast and lunch were very good with a lot of variety. We had a superior room that was spacious, furnished with nice balcony furniture, and a fully equipped, large bathroom. Not a perfect hotel in Benidorm.

I would enjoy staying at this hotel once more. Over the weekend, we had a wonderful time. Although the area outside the entryway looked stunning, the hotel itself was lovely and contemporary. We remained at a good breakfast buffet. The freshly made orange juice was delicious. All the other dishes were also of high caliber. I can't recommend the employees enough, and especially Raymond at the reception. They made every effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
