It was a fairly basic hostel with a cheap price, comfortable beds, very clean, good showers, and friendly staff. My only problem was that the bedroom door didn't lock properly because I was in a female dorm with four beds, so anyone could enter and the door didn't close correctly. A man walked into the room several times, which was not good. I felt safe there because there were lockers to store your valuables. But having keyes on the bedroom doors would improve privacy.

It feels like going home. Have been there a few times now. The bathroom has been updated. The host is very friendly! Close to the bus station and just 15 minutes walk from the cathedral area. Will want to come back again.

I recommend this hostel. The hostel is really cool, the staff is friendly and chatty, and if you have a themed evening, there is lots of fun to be had. The common area is lovely and spacious and the rooms on the higher floors offer lovely views. It is also very cheap.

Ivan is the lifeblood of this place, a cocky caballero that is as cold and unwelcoming as a daft retriever with a baggy tail. Higo, from Spasibo. It is near enough to most things to be fairly priced for Junejuly. Depending on who is willing to attend, it can be raucous. The first night I was a second night with a persistent hangover, it was hell for resting with wild witchcraft downstairs. Boosting the wifi might also be helpful. A nice communal area with garden residents eating in the long garden downstairs. Reasonable kitchen appliances and laundry. But Ivan leaves a lasting impression of the feelgood factor that makes this place special.
