Great location, clean and relaxing. The pool is a good size, but a bit chilly. There is plenty of sunbeds, I particularly liked the outdoor mattress on the sun loungers. Very comfortable. Outdoor cushions would be suitable on terrace chairs. The pool bar had a nice variety of food. Delicious. Some things are expensive. Apartment fine. Just a short walk to the beach and strip. I had a lovely, relaxing stay here. Large supermarket across the street.

The location is great, very close to the new town strip. The service provided by the employees is very helpful and pleasant, especially the pool bar staff. I would never come back to this place.

Perfect setting We like this hotel on our recent stay. Particularly christina, the hotel's employees were fantastic in meeting our requirements. Since we had mobility issues and a sight impaired person, we had to be in a particular spot at the hotel. This was granted to us, the pool bar was excellent and Suzie was friendly and welcoming. She always had a smile, although the cuisine at the pool bar could have been better. The rooms are usually cleaned every day, and the cleaning crew is friendly and eager. The pool could use a little warmer because it is quite deep, which is probably the reason that there are plenty of comfy pads on the sun loungers.

Simple but adequate for a week. A shower without enough pillows isn't at all great! Apart from being disgusting, the bath, which had a shower, was a little dirty in the bathroom. However, the sink was large and too large for the space, making it difficult to wash and brush teeth. Also, if the door was locked, you could shut it properly, but I couldn't just close it. The rest of the apartment was fine, though. The sunbed wars are the worst part of your stay, as many people have mentioned throughout the day! The most frustrating aspect is that, for most of the day, most of the beds remain empty with just the towel! Clearly, something must be done, as numerous have emphasized. Good location close to the major thoroughfare, just up a little escalator. The pool bar offers excellent food and good cocktails, but the cost is more than on the strip. The staff has been friendly. Except for one day, cleaners came in and dumped the bins and cleaned the floor, and changed the towels every other day, even if the sheets weren't changed during our visit, I'm not sure that the sheets were changed. The bedroom only has a small mirror when there is plenty of room in the living room for a full-length mirror. We remained at a job, the front door was up by

This is my first time staying here. It's a mystery because the building was filled, so no chance for the apartments to be changed. Even though we had hoped for a pool view room this time, they now give us a room facing the trees once more. The Sunbed reservation was not dealt with as early as today which is ridiculous! During our visit, we only had a sunbed twice, this time it was late afternoon. The condition of the room was also not very good. We reserved for Christmas, but this time we won't come back because of the stated reasons. The pool bar and nicks restaurant have gone through some improvements thanks to a pleasant guy named joseph, who has taken over the building and has added a little sense of atmosphere that was missing before. The staff is very attentive and pleasant. The beach bars restaurant has excellent access.
