Please note that breakfast consists of a basket you will find upon arrival at the apartment with products for the days of your stay (if it is a long stay, we will replenish). It contains milk, coffee, teas, bread, butter, jam, and something sweet.Please note the apartments do not have their own parking. There is a public parking lot – Parking Salitre - 250m from the accommodation (3 minutes walk). The rate may vary, for more information consult with the parking at 952 06 01 04. It cannot be reserved but availability can be checked at www.smassa.eu. The second option is Parkholi (www.parkholi.com). They offer the possibility of leaving the car in a private parking near the apartment. It is possible to book in advance writing via WhatsApp to this number +34 691 28 97 69 and informing that the stay is at Picú Home, so that they look for the nearest place to our building.Please note that reservations of 3 apartments or more may be subject to supplements and special conditions. At the time of confirming the reservation, payment of a security deposit will be requested.Please note thar for group reservations and/or on high occupancy dates, a damage deposit of €200 per apartment will be requested upon arrival. It will be paid in cash and will be returned upon check-out once the accommodation has been reviewed.We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, so we want to be transparent with you. There is currently construction going on in the surrounding area, as the neighborhood is undergoing improvements. This means there may be noise on certain days; Monday through Friday, between 8:00 - 15:00 hours. While it doesn't directly affects the apartment we prefer to let you know in advance so you can take this into account.
