CHECK-IN starts at 16:00h
CHECK-OUT is until 11:00h*
Early check-in / Late check-out is available only by prior arrangement and might incur an extra fee for each. 50€ per each apartment and 100€ per each house booked. Early check-in will allow access to the property from 13:00h on the day of arrival and a late check out will allow departure before 14:00h on the day of departure.
* On the day of your departure, if you are leaving before 9am, you can leave the keys inside the apartment. Please leave us a WhatsApp message on +34 617 225 589 when you have left the apartment so we can get the cleaner to start preparing the apartment for the next guests’ arrival. Make sure you have all windows closed, A/C and lights turned off and remember to take all your personal belongings with you when leaving.
SMOKING
All properties are strictly NON-SMOKING. The only place where smoking is permissible is outdoors, for example the terrace. We respectfully ask that you dispose of all combustible material in a safe manner.

All year round: The client must pay the total amount of the reservation without the right to a refund.
* Return charges may result in bank charges beyond our control that the customer will have to cover.
Please note that different policies may apply for reservations of 14, 21 nights or more.

IMPORTANT: If you arrive outside office hours, please note that the total price of the reservation as well as the deposit have to be paid to be able to collect the keys for the property. Once the accommodation has been paid and the deposit taken you will receive instructions about collecting your keys from our digital safety box that is located in front of our office. Inside the box you will find an envelope with the keys and a map to find the location of your property in the resort.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
It implies a provisional retention of up to 400€ during your stay per each property booked (in cash or credit card provided by yourself for this type of transaction) to ensure the proper use of the apartment and its contents. By accepting the terms and conditions that are herein, any damage caused by you, or your party will be deducted from your deposit and will also be liable for damages in excess of the amount deposited. All deposits will be released in full upon departure after inspection and confirmation that the apartment is in good condition. If you are leaving the deposit in cash, please allow up to 30 mins before your departure time for the inspection of the property to take place.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY
The maximum number of guests is dependent on the property. Properties are not insured to exceed the maximum occupancy for that property. Guests found to be sleeping more than the maximum allowed guests may be subject to further charges or immediate cancellation of their booking.
PETS
PETS are permitted in some properties and only with prior approval. Some properties may incur an extra fee for pets. All pets must be leashed at all times while in the residential complex. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up to date on with vaccinations and flea treatments. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. The property owners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that humans or pets may incur while on the premises.
