Very high standards of cleanliness and superb service. The food was beautifully prepared and everything was top notch. The pool area was very nice. Take your own pool towels. They charge €3 per day - that was the only think I did not like.

Vacanza in famiglia e amici. Siamo stati benissimo, hotel con accesso diretto su una baia di acqua cristallina, buffet completo e abbondante, ottima cucina. Camere di discrete dimensioni con balcone, molto pulite. A ogni piano è presente un distributore di acqua fredda e calda gratuito con cui riempire le proprie bottiglie, davvero molto utile. Animazione soft, ping pong e biliardo. Servizio molto attento, tutto il personale è molto gentile e sempre sorridente. Il giorno della partenza ci hanno messo a disposizione una camera di servizio gratuita per farci una doccia prima di andare in aeroporto, non abbiamo perso un giorno di mare! È stata una gran bella vacanza!

We will definitely be back. This place is very peaceful and comfortable. Hotel cleanliness is quite good, and the food is delicious. The only beachfront location is 50 meters away, and there are always rooms by the pool. The room was spotless, and the sea view was stunning. Nevertheless, I think the kids club could have been promoted a little better.

The views from our balcony were breathtaking. I highly recommend this hotel because of the best service and friendly staff we've encountered while staying in hotels, and we've been in a lot. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. This hotel is immaculate and spotlessly clean. If you are a couple or a family, you won't be disappointed, you are steps from the beach from Laguna's terrace, and a fantastic beach bar with again friendly staff and above average bar food. Many thanks to all of you. We will return, and we will stay here again.

We arrived very late at night and were given room 519 very small, room door banged against bed! We thought it was a single and they had put a double bed, spoke to reception not good English who advised I speak in the morning. The woman I spoke with told me there was nothing she could do for two more nights, she did find us the morning of the move to say our room was ready, very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect position, with the beach, pool besides the small town. The restaurant was fantastic, with plenty of choice and delicious food, youll be very picky not to find food you like. Mist of the staff very attentive, sometimes too quickly to clear away your plate. One waitress I felt overly eager to remove my bottle of water, which I had to pay 3. 50 per meal, I did overheard her explaining to other guests how to take the bottle and refill it at the water station outside the restaurant! I would rate this hotel 4 stars, marking it down because of the first room and waitress, but I would also definitely recommend it and id return.

We have visited Mallory 4 times. This time, we got half board in the hotel laguna garden apartments. Everything was fantastic, new apartment, very large, helpful and friendly staff, and great food. However, I have to recognize 3 people, Chef Maki, very friendly and efficient, Amelia, very kind and professional, especially Maria salad. Maria is a mixture of hurricane and coconut candy. All the compliments we can give him would do little to enhance our whole well-being. Thank you, Maria, and we look forward to seeing you in sexual. Without a doubt, we will come back.. I recently returned from a 10-day trip to Mallory. We received half board accommodation in the Hotel Laguna apartments. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the food was excellent. We were fortunate to be housed at Universal Laguna Apartments. We will come back for the second time.

Tolle Lage direkt am Strand und sehr netter und aufmerksamer Service. Unser Zimmer (mit Verbindungstür) war leider sehr hellhörig und man konnte jedes Wort der Nachbarn hören.

Die Strandbar unterhalb des Hotels (gehört zum Hotel) ist etwas langsam und das Personal bekommt man eher selten zu Gesicht. Einmal wurde auf mein Getränk vergessen und es hat sich 40 Min. keiner Blicken lassen. Auch der Nachbartisch war schon sauer. Das ist aber kein Grund, das Hotel schlechter zu bewerten, denn alles andere war hervorragend. Sehr hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal im Hotel, selbst das Reinigungspersonal ist stets gut gelaunt. Einzig die Parkplatzsuche ist etwas nervig. Wir kommen wieder👍!
