The staff is friendly and the food quality is great. The room service is excellent. The gym is one of the best I've ever visited. The receptionist is helpful and even for extra services like printing or booking a taxi they are welcoming.

Only one downside: there are stairs in front of the entrance. So you need to carry heavy luggage through the stairs up to the lobby.

I highly recommend this hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights. I did an exam in Lund the day after we arrived. The reception was amazing. The restaurant served delicious food. Breakfast and dinner are included in the price. The hotel room and bathroom are clean and comfortable. Wifi is available, no problems. leaving early in the morning? request a breakfast kit to pack. They will call a taxi for you. Ask, they will deliver. The gym and spa are also available. Best Western. Thank you very much. Excellent hospitality. Highly recommended

This hotel has the perfect location. The room is incredibly spotless. It features a huge and comfortable bed with a wide variety of languages and channels. Facilities include a coffee maker and a fridge. It turns out that the hotel offered dinner for free that evening. Great buffet with variety of ham, salad, cheese, chilli, etc. The atmosphere was also pleasant. The spa area was free and clean.

We go here because we want to get a better hotel because of the cozy atmosphere. Since Clarion Group was in control of this place, we have never been to one before, this is a favorite spot for our company. This hotel has a welcoming and competent driver who works with my company's shuttle service. They provide breakfast and dinner as part of the room rate. The room was cleaned and the toiletries were replenished, making some aspects of their level of service sluggish compared to when we did.

The staff is always very friendly, they serve scrumptious meals and are comfortable in the rooms and the Scandinavian design with great service, and the spa is stunning. This place is like home away from home.
