This place is truly a hidden gem! Its incredibly lovely and cozy, with thoughtful details that make you feel at home and at ease. The breakfast provided is excellent, and the train station is conveniently accessible for free transportation.

My family and i had a great time at this hotel. The staff was all very kind and polite. They have shabby spa that we really enjoy. Additionally, the room was immaculately maintained and upgraded. Gisela, thank you for all your hospitality. You are amazing. I hope to see you again when ive returned!.

This place is truly amazing. There was so much to offer that we didnt even have the chance to use it! A fully stocked minibar that is available for guest use, how often do you see that? The staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. We could have stayed for a month! Many thanks for this wonderful experience!.

The hotel is cozy, the service is good, and the staff are friendly. The breakfast is delicious. Good value considering it is zermatt, with a great view of the Matterhorn from some of our rooms. Ive been here in summer and winter and will definitely be back.

This is a very neat boutique hotel. The location is amazing, the staff is great, they serve fresh juice for breakfast and have sanitizing facilities. They are all very accommodating. I will come back. There is free shuttle service to the hotel!.

This is a fantastic place to stay in zermatt. The service was impeccable. There are beautiful views of the Matterhorns. Lovely room with oversized bathroom. Delicious breakfast. Everything was perfect from the time we were picked up at the train station to the hiking advice provided by the front desk to dinner recommendations.

We stayed here for two nights during our first visit to zermatt. This hotel is without a doubt the best place we have ever remained in the world. It could have been the Matterhorn view room, the wonderful staff and service, or the attention to detail, down comforters, ou the delectable breakfast buffet, oder the location so close to restaurants and main street. I cant pick just one favorite thing, but we loved the entire experience. Im hoping to return someday and will recommend it to all my friends who are traveling to south switzerland.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They moved our luggage up to our rooms and provided us with a free shuttle back to the train station after checkout. Great amenities, very clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent location right in the middle of Zermatt with an amazing view of the Matterhorn from our private balcony.

About Chesa Valese

This hotel enjoys a quiet location in the Steinmatte area, a 3-minute walk from the center of Zermatt and 5 minutes from all railway and cable car stations. Free Wi-Fi is available. Built in characteristic Valais style, the Chesa Valese houses nicely furnished rooms, a lounge with a fireplace and an inviting bar. The wellness area at the Chesa Valese includes a sauna and a steam bath. During winter, you can take advantage of a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer.
