Elegant hotel with beautiful gardens, fantastic location with balcony view of the lake, at an affordable price. Excellent breakfast and modern facilities all round in rooms, retaining old world charm and beauty down stairs, and still for an affordable price. Friendly and helpful made a pleasurable stay complete.

The hotel located very close to the lake Lucerne with awesome lake view room and balcony. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice, gave us suggestions on sight seeing and transportation options in Lucerne. Breakfast was tasty with wide selection and frendly hostess.

Great stay, great staff, clean, convenient and extremely kind. We checked out at 4am for a train to the airport and they packed individual boxes breakfasts for our family.

The place has Old World charm. Accessible to bus. Unfortunately, it was hot during our stay, since there is no air conditioner in the room.

Hotel is really beautiful & clean. The only problem was that the receptionist could not find the reservation upon checkin even though I called the hotel to confirm a date change & having the hotels.com reservation confirmation which took a long time waiting. All staff really nice.
