The room looked old, unclean, and unclean, also it was dark and noisy. We stayed here for two nights and were pleased to have the friendliness of the employees and the breakfast. The surrounding area is lovely, close to the lake, and in a good location. This place was really disappointing.

I stayed for two nights here for a wedding in their ballroom. The hotel is very classical. The facade is European style. When you take a photo in the outdoor area of their building, it feels like in Europe. They have two buildings. I stayed in the old one. Actually, I imagine a room with a lake view. However, I got a room on the ground floor, which only has a roof view. The room is very nice, but the bathroom looks outdated. Their breakfast is excellent with a wide variety of Chinese and western food. But on my first and second days, they served the same variety of food. All in all, this hotel was just great. When visiting Hsinchu City, I believe this hotel can be one of your choices.

It was a great experience staying at Lakeshore Hsinchu with awesome staff and the playground is very friendly and fun for the kids! We would definitely return because the price is reasonable and the food in the restaurant is so yummy.

The cleanliness of the rooms is good. The employees here are very helpful and arrange transportation for our excursions. I would definitely return. The location is beautiful and easy to get around.

The experience of staying at the lakeshore Hsinchu was quite pleasant and it was made possible by the excellent service provided by the hotel staff and the playground is quite well-liked by the children. The price is affordable and the restaurant's cuisine is very tasty. We will be back.

For your safety's sake, if you book the room type Premier Duplex King Room, please pay attention to the accompanying children going up and down the stairs, and please do not leave the children alone on the second floor.
The King room type is located in a different building from the Family and Quadruple room types. Bookings requesting for nearby rooms for both King room and Family/Quadruple room types are not possible.
The property doesn't provide extra bed service. Please check the individual room capacity for more details.
The property provides sterilizer, crib, bumper and baby tub. Please contact the property in advance for reserving the items.
The room type will be based on your booking. Please note that the bed configuration can NOT be changed and the extra beds are not available. If you need to change the room type, please contact the customer service of your booking channel for assistance.
The SPA pool is available from 08:30 AM -12:00 PM and 02:00 PM -10:00 PM. Children must be accompanied by an adult of the same sex and are not allowed to use the jet showers and Floating equipment.

The sauna is available from 07:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM . Children under 95 cm are not allowed to use sauna. Children between 95 cm to 140 cm must be accompanied by an adult of the same sex.

The club's daily intermission maintenance period: 12:00~14:00, the first Wednesday of each month is the maintenance day of the water area. In case of consecutive holidays, it will be postponed for one week; the water area is temporarily closed during the maintenance period. Please refer to the official website for the announcement Mainly, other facilities are in normal use.
From 7th 07:00 to 11th 16:00 September 2026, the water area will be temporarily closed for annual maintenance work. Other facilities will remain operational as usual. To enhance your overall experience, construction work will take place in the pool area from Monday, September 7 to Friday, September 11 to add additional family shower rooms. During this period, there may be some temporary construction noise. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your kind understanding.
Pets: Pets are not allowed in guest rooms or indoor public areas. If a pet is found in a guest room, a cleaning fee of NT$6,000 will be charged to cover sanitation. Additional charges may apply for any damage.
Smoke-free policy: All indoor areas, including guest rooms, balconies, and bathrooms, are smoke-free. Smoking is only permitted in the designated smoking area. This applies to cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and heated tobacco products. A cleaning fee of NT$12,000 will be charged if smoking is detected in guest rooms or on balconies. Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or amenities.
