The room was clean and confortable. The comfort was modern. The hosts were also helpful, insightful, and friendly. There is hot water and a lot of shower pressure on demand, and with good quality linen and towels.

Ad,, ad! This apartment is close to a waiting station, you can come here by train or car. Comfortable, nice decor, if possible, I want to try every room. There is an amazing view from our room, and our owner made us a delicious breakfast. Here, you can speak Mandarin or English.

As part of our two week selfguided driving tour of Taiwan, we stayed one night at Lances, a brand new and modern hotel, and this was by far the finest room we had during that period. The owner, who greeted us upon arrival, was very accommodating. Since we didn't have a Taiwanese sim card and did not speak excellent English, she called us to our previous place of lodging. The family room we stayed in had a lovely painted mural on the wall and was spacious and spotless. The restroom was once again the greatest we had on the trip. On the evening, brunch was preordered and delivered to our room in a basket. Lances provides excellent value for the money, and if our schedule allowed, wed have happily stayed longer there! We'd heartily suggest this to anyone traveling by car because there is quick parking nearby and we also understand that the railway station is fairly close too and the airport is also within a 10-minute drive.

The most lovely accommodation I have ever stayed in taiwan is without a doubt this room. And one of the less expensive ones as well. Even breakfast is provided. I decided to stay at lances because I wanted to be close to the Tra station since I had to wait for my trip from alien to renting. I was just unaware of how far the city is. I started walking because bike rental was closed, but I couldn't locate another in the area, and luckily a kind stranger took me along. I rode the bus to the lances. In conclusion, quite pleasant room, but it is recommended to have your own mode of transportation.

The room in the new building is fantastic, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. We upgraded to a room with a triangular large bathtub and great views. Very excellent location for car rental and train access. However, far from town and in a bit of a food desert. No sign on the side facing the railway station. Look for a tall, narrow structure in a field with cows grazing on all sides no joke. The best room for the price we've ever had in three weeks in Taiwan. If more restaurants were nearby, it would get 5 stars.
