Very good hotel, convenient location and the hotel provides cheap laundry and bike rental services. Even has free coffee and toast. It's called "guesthouse" but it's not really a guest house, more like a motel. I've seen lots of Thai hotels called guesthouse that are just regular hotels lol

A ce prix là, c'est la meilleure chambre que vous pourriez trouver ! Idéal pour les voyageurs en sac à dos. La chambre est super propre. L'hôtel est au calme complet, on entend juste les oiseaux chanter Attention, l'hôtel est à 30min à pied du centre et le lit est très dur.... Mais à nouveau, pour le prix c'est convenable !

Yah kamarnya bersih, kamar mandinya tidak ada masalah, AC-nya bagus, tapi kamarnya mungkin agak sempit. Tapi tidak terlalu sempit. Istirahat yang cukup untuk dua orang dewasa bisa muat tanpa masalah. Cocok, ada kipas angin, AC, dan AC khusus. Satu-satunya perbedaan adalah peralatan di dalam ruangan. Cocok untuk wisatawan yang bepergian ke Chiang Rai. Saya hanya mencari tempat tidur. Suasananya mirip asrama bagus dengan AC dan air panas, tetapi kurang cocok untuk orang yang menginginkan pemandangan indah atau merasa rileks dan rileks mata Anda. The property was amazing beautiful plants and flowers maintained immaculately staff was very friendly they did laundry right on site would definitely stay here again only a five minute motorcycle ride to the main downtown part where the markets and bars and restaurants were located. Nice comfortable bed large fridge large flatscreen TV and a nice hot water shower nice and bright with large windows front and back coffee and tea available in room

Property was wonderful! They had everything I need and more. They have a day tour, they having computer access and printing capabilities, they have laundry service, they have a version of room service. Staff was super helpful! Definitely Recommend.

This was a very pleasant place to stay. I've been to Chiang Rai before and just wanted a place to rest after arriving from overseas so I stayed here a couple of nights. It's quite clean, and the front desk staff were courteous and helpful and offered me a map. It's away from the main roads so it's also quiet. There's a water cooler that was kept full, and a water boiler with instant coffee, cocoa, and a toaster with white bread in the morning. The place itself is not new but it was in pretty good condition. One of the hinges that held the screen door on was broken, but it wasn't a big deal.The screens were all intact and I had no issues with mosquitoes there. I would definitely stay here again.

Retiré de la ville, facile de visiter Chiang Rai et le temple bleu en vélo disponible à l’hotel. Idem pour resto à proximité notamment pour acheter des œufs pour compléter les toasts et the/café instantané fournis à la réception (marmelade 3 baht). Personnel amical et très serviable. Pas de luxe mais tout est propre et fonctionnel. Pour un prix si bas, je recommande cet hôtel fréquenté surtout par des touristes asiatiques et situé dans un village où tous vous sourient!

A very pleasant hotel for the price although it would be nicer if they could modernise the rooms a little to match the wonderful reception and communal areas. Many positives- rooms are clean, free toast in the morning and free tea and coffee all day, daily housekeeping (replenishes water), staff friendly and good English so they are helpful, they have good facilities such as printing. Rooms are however dated and the bathroom is typical Thai standard so shower is weak and water goes all over the bathroom and on the toilet. Location is peaceful and there's some local 'restaurants' nearby however the walk to the bus terminal 1 and night bazaar is 30 minutes (hotel can call a tuktuk which takes you there for 60 baht). We found walking was fine though as there is good pavement the whole way. Overall this hotel is good for anyone on more of a budget.
