you get good value here, very close to beach, two minutes! a bit far from Pattaya, but it is still on the baht bus route so you can ride up the beach road or all the way to Pattaya city for ten baht, which is 30 cents. Internet a bit slow for me. You get a big clean room for less than 30 USD, that’s good value.

New hotel; spotless, quiet, great service, easy walk to beach, food, and transport. I wish all hotels in TH were this nice. Only negative, not much of a view from the nice balcony-but you can't have everything at this price.

I stayed here for a second time and it was a very nice experience. The hotel is very clean and clean, and the staff are friendly. The hotel is very close to the beach and so many nice restaurants close by. You can get free tea and coffee and a small snack in the lobby. Breakfast is not served.

I just returned from three weeks here, and the evaluations were favorable, so I went with them. I mean, everything is spotless, including the room. The owners were helpful and polite, as well as preserving one's personal safety. Very secure with key-scan opening of the front entrance, so there is no one wandering about who doesn't belong there. I liked the location because it was peaceful, 5 minutes by bus from Soi 1 combien, 10 minutes by bus only, and frequent. I frequently went to Soi 1 because the walkways at Coien are excellent. There is no doubt that it is a 5 star rating for value. If I had to criticize, it was wifi, and the poor wifi in the rooms did irritate me because I work when I'm away, also to too few English channels, and the image quality was poor! I gave up on the two hangups because nothing is perfect, and I have already reinstalled for 5 more weeks in novel. People create places, so thank you to rub and all of his employees, and I wish you good luck as a result of your hard work. I work in the same company, so I know the pressure required to achieve the results at this location.

Best stay in Thailand, really nice and helpful personal. Rooms are modern and clean. The local beach and eleven are both a walk away. Breakfast is not provided, however, there is free coffee and bread jelly. However, there are several small dining options just around the corner.

I highly recommend this hotel and would continue to do so in the future. I reserved this hotel for 8 days as an alternative to another I was unhappy with and found it to be a great choice. The owner was really welcoming and helpful. Its location was ideal, being in a quiet street only a few minutes walk from the beach, and the rooms were clean and modern with all I needed. There were no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, but they were supplied in the lobby free of charge along with toast and various other snacks, as well as a microwave for guests to use.

The location is close to the beach and cafe in Coimen, which is a beautiful Jewish boutique hotel in a quiet area. Although the buses go up and down the beach road, there are no difficulties moving around. Since I stayed during Songkran time, Patt went crazy, it was nice to be able to return to a calmer space to unwind. The rooms were spacious and clean. The decor in the foyer is quite nice, and you can get free snacks or tea. Although they never operate the air conditioning in the foyer, the only downside was that it was always too hot to get a coffee and a cuppa in April because it was always very hot. Overall, it was an excellent stay that comes strongly advised.

If you are looking for a reasonable-priced clean quiet comfort room, look no further. We like it because it is away from the "actions" as we are not party animals. The hotel is located in a dead-end street so they are not many road noise. The only thing you have to watch out for is the taxi sharks at the airport bus terminal, you have to negotiate a price before getting in; never allow them to store your luggage on the top and not inside.
