HUA HIN CONDOMINIUM
Welcome to our home in Hua Hin!
We hope you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. To keep our property clean, safe, and pleasant for everyone, we kindly ask you to follow these house rules.
1. Strictly Non-Smoking 🚭
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, including cigarettes, e-cigarettes, vapes, and all other smoking devices.
A cleaning fee of THB 5,000 will be charged for any violation, as deep cleaning of the sofa, bedding, curtains, and other furnishings may be required to remove smoke odors.
2. No Cooking Allowed
Cooking is not permitted inside the apartment, especially frying or preparing food that produces smoke, strong odors, or grease.
An additional cleaning fee of THB 1,000 will apply if cooking is detected.
Food delivery services are widely available in Hua Hin. You can easily order meals through delivery apps and enjoy them in the apartment without needing to cook.
3. Bed and Sofa Bed Care
Please do not jump or play on the bed or sofa bed, as this may damage their frames and structures.
If you are staying with children, kindly supervise them to prevent accidents or damage.
Any damage caused by improper use may result in additional repair charges.
4. Bedding and Mattress Care
Please do not eat or drink on the bed.
If our housekeeping team finds stubborn stains, such as hair dye, coffee, urine, or other stains requiring special cleaning, the following charges will apply:
Bedding and bed linen cleaning: THB 1,000 per set
Mattress deep cleaning: THB 2,000 per mattress
These charges apply when cleaning beyond normal housekeeping is required.
5. Bathroom Sink and Drainage
Please do not dispose of food scraps, cooking oil, or rubbish in the bathroom sink or drains.
If a blockage occurs due to improper use, guests may be responsible for the actual cleaning or repair costs.
6. Furniture, Curtains, and Equipment
Please handle all furniture, appliances, and equipment with care.
When opening or closing the curtains, please pull them gently and avoid tugging or forcing them, as this may damage the curtain tracks.
If you notice any damage or accidentally damage something during your stay, please inform us as soon as possible.
Any damage caused by improper use may result in repair or replacement charges based on the actual cost.
7. Noise and Common Areas
No parties or loud noise, especially after 10:00 PM.
Pets are not allowed.
Please follow the condominium's rules when using the swimming pool and other shared facilities.
8. Additional Housekeeping Service
If you would like extra housekeeping during your stay, please contact us in advance.
Housekeeping fee: THB 500 per service.
Important Notice
Our housekeeping team will inspect the apartment after check-out.
If any house rule violations, excessive stains, or damage are found, we will inform you of the details and any applicable cleaning, repair, or replacement charges.

กฎและข้อแนะนำในการเข้าพัก
HOUSE RULES – HUA HIN CONDOMINIUM
ยินดีต้อนรับสู่ที่พักของเรา เพื่อให้ทุกท่านได้รับความสะดวกสบายและมีประสบการณ์ที่ดีในการพักผ่อน ขอความกรุณาปฏิบัติตามข้อแนะนำดังต่อไปนี้
1. ที่พักปลอดบุหรี่ 100% 🚭
ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ทุกประเภทภายในห้องพักโดยเด็ดขาด รวมถึงบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าและพอต หากฝ่าฝืนมี ค่าทำความสะอาดพิเศษ 5,000 บาท สำหรับขจัดกลิ่นและทำ Deep Cleaning โซฟา เครื่องนอน และผ้าม่าน
2. ไม่อนุญาตให้ประกอบอาหาร
ห้ามประกอบอาหารภายในห้องพัก โดยเฉพาะการผัด ทอด หรืออาหารที่ก่อให้เกิดกลิ่นและคราบน้ำมัน หากตรวจพบมี ค่าทำความสะอาดเพิ่มเติม 1,000 บาท
ปัจจุบันหัวหินมีบริการสั่งอาหารผ่านแอปพลิเคชันที่สะดวกสบาย ท่านสามารถสั่งอาหารจากร้านต่าง ๆ มารับประทานภายในห้องพักได้ จึงไม่จำเป็นต้องประกอบอาหารเอง
3. การใช้เตียงนอนและโซฟาเบด
ห้ามกระโดดหรือเล่นบนเตียงนอนและโซฟาเบด เพราะอาจทำให้โครงสร้างเสียหาย หากเข้าพักพร้อมเด็ก ๆ กรุณาช่วยดูแลเป็นพิเศษ หากเกิดความเสียหายอาจมีค่าซ่อมแซมตามจริง
4. การดูแลความสะอาดของเครื่องนอน
ห้ามรับประทานอาหารบนเตียงนอน หากพบคราบสกปรกฝังแน่น เช่น น้ำยาย้อมผม กาแฟ ปัสสาวะ หรือคราบอื่น ๆ ที่จำเป็นต้องทำความสะอาดเป็นพิเศษ จะมีค่าใช้จ่ายดังนี้
ค่าซักชุดเครื่องนอนและผ้าปูที่นอน 1,000 บาทต่อชุด
ค่า Deep Cleaning ฟูกที่นอน 2,000 บาทต่อชิ้น
5. การใช้อ่างล้างหน้าและท่อระบายน้ำ
ห้ามทิ้งเศษอาหาร น้ำมัน หรือขยะลงในท่อระบายน้ำของอ่างล้างหน้าโดยเด็ดขาด หากเกิดการอุดตันจากการใช้งานไม่เหมาะสม จะมีค่าซ่อมแซมตามจริง
6. การดูแลเฟอร์นิเจอร์ ผ้าม่าน และอุปกรณ์
กรุณาใช้เฟอร์นิเจอร์ เครื่องใช้ไฟฟ้า และอุปกรณ์ภายในห้องพักอย่างระมัดระวัง โดยเฉพาะ การเปิด–ปิดผ้าม่าน กรุณาใช้งานอย่างเบามือ ไม่ดึงหรือกระชาก เพื่อป้องกันความเสียหายต่อรางม่านและอุปกรณ์
หากพบสิ่งของชำรุดหรือเกิดความเสียหาย โปรดแจ้งเจ้าหน้าที่ทันที ความเสียหายจากการใช้งานไม่เหมาะสมอาจมีค่าซ่อมแซมตามจริง
7. ความสงบและพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง
ห้ามจัดปาร์ตี้หรือส่งเสียงดังรบกวนหลังเวลา 22.00 น.
ไม่อนุญาตให้นำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้าพัก
โปรดปฏิบัติตามกฎการใช้สระว่ายน้ำและพื้นที่ส่วนกลางของโครงการ
8. บริการทำความสะอาดเพิ่มเติม
หากต้องการบริการแม่บ้านระหว่างเข้าพัก สามารถแจ้งล่วงหน้าได้ โดยมีค่าบริการ 500 บาทต่อครั้ง
หมายเหตุ: เจ้าหน้าที่จะตรวจสอบสภาพห้องพักหลังเช็กเอาท์ หากพบการฝ่าฝืนข้อกำหนด คราบสกปรกที่ต้องทำความสะอาดเป็นพิเศษ หรือความเสียหาย จะแจ้งรายละเอียดและค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติมตามเงื่อนไขข้างต้น
