Wir hatten einen De Luxe Bungalow der top renoviert und damit in einem ausgezeichneten Zustand war. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und der schöne saubere Pool lud zum Baden ein. Ein gutes Frühstück einschl. guter Cafe war im Preis inbegriffen.

Vraiment un beau resort. L’environnent est apaisant avec pleins de plantes et de végétation. La piscine est très belle et propre. La chambre impeccable , bien entretenue, eau chaude et surtout les lits sont super confortable. Le personnel offre un service hors pairs et très personnalisé. Location de scotter disponible sur place et restaurant sur place a bon prix. Je le conseille à 100%

The objective was to have a hotel in town that could facilitate exploration of the neighborhood itself and organize excursions to various watstemples during our 5 day stay. This hotel was booked from papplication and the main criteria were that it claimed it was in the city center, chiang rai is not a large place, and this hotel was by no means in the city center. It was a 30-minute walk to the center, and I know this because there are no taxis, cars, or motorcycles available at the hotel. The reception will get you a taxi, or you can hire a motorcycle, the rooms are clean and average, the storage space for clothes etc was fairly limited and we had to ask for additional coat hangers as the 3 offered in the small hanging area were in no way adequate for 2 adults with 5 days worth of clothes. Breakfast was included in the price and was decent, but quite basic. Every day the same selection of 5 things. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they tried to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. I was asked for a receipt for the money I had contributed in the unlikely event of losing the key. The deposit was returned properly and we were on our way, only to be emailed a full week later saying that we had not paid for the room. I was under the impression that the hotel room had been deducted from my card, but this was not

The staff was excellent. Although it's in a very isolated area, you will need a vehicle or some mode of transportation, but it's not too far from the town area. The cottages are old but recently renovated. Even the typical tasteless hairstyle is more than enough for breakfast. The room is very cramped even though the bathroom is big. You must descend two stairs to reach the bathroom.

Our stay here was excellent and extended to 4 nights after we initially only reserved 2 nights. Its a peaceful place with courteous and welcoming staff and a restaurant with simple but delicious local food. The standard rooms are small, as other reviews suggest, but the setting and pool area make up for it. We booked via Papplication at a very reasonable price and thought our stay was excellent value. The only suggestion is that the pool needs a quick clean every morning with a net to remove any pesky bugs floating on the top.

On our journey north, we stayed here for one night. Family of four with kids was booked two rooms. The price is very worth it with the friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and the air conditioning was appreciated. There is a nice pool area but the water is very warm so it is unsuitable for swimming. The children swam in it for a while. The pool shower was more refreshing than the pool. There were mosquitoes, but that was the case in all Thai hotels, even the 4-star ones. Breakfast is basic but sufficient. We would return.

We had just one night here and i needed laundry done so washed my clothes and thought it would dry by realized by 9 pm that with the humidity it wouldn’t do the staff were very helpful and got it sent away for me and got it back by 7:30 am. Very impressed. Thanks.

Hôtel qui a tout pour plaire mais bien que charmant, le personnel manque un petit peu de professionnalisme. Pour exemple, découverte de notre réservation lors de notre arrivée, pas de laverie car le housekeeper était débordé.☺️ Un grand merci à l’hôtesse qui nous a permis une excursion private.
