It was excellent value for the money. Close to the nightlife in Bangkok and has a kind service. The room is spacious but inexpensive. Very good location. Will come back. The only problem is the male front desk.

This hotel is in a good location, but the air conditioning is bad. I checked in in the afternoon about 14 to 30 and the outside temperature was etc. When I entered the room, the window was opened, and I turned on the air conditioning, but 2 hours later, it was still hot inside. I called the manager, and he told me if the air conditioner is good 4 hours later, it was still hot and I called the front desk but he wasn't there. The lady sent the maintenance guy to check it, and she gave me another room where the air conditioner was working properly. Avoid this hotel as the manager's sole goal is to sell his rooms and make money. Guest comfort is not his problem. For the amount you pay, the rooms are adequate. If you go there, be prepared to sweat in the room for a while because the air conditioner is an outdated system. I asked the manager for an hour late check-out but he rejected and wanted to charge me more for an extra hour.

I have remained at this hotel many times over the years while living in Thailand. The best place to stay is 5 minutes walk to the tube and 15 minutes to the underground. It is a convenient location with a friendly maid, the front desk guys, and excellent security. The majority of the staff members have all been employed at the pavilion place for years. Although this is an older budget hotel, you should maintain your expectations in line with the favorable price youll pay for your stay in one of the worlds greatest metro regions a 12-block distance from the pat pong night market. Good for both adult tourists and younger budget travelers in an entertainment district, however, families with young children should not experience this. Request one of these rooms if some rooms have been renovated. For older rooms and nice sheets, clean older rooms but still ask the staff to give the room a quick spray upon arrival. Youll be satisfied staying here if you want a great price in a great location and are on a tight budget. The sky is the limit if you want to get a BVG hotel for a higher price!.
