Saya tidak mengerti mengapa ada begitu banyak ulasan negatif. Saya tinggal di sini selama sebulan dan saya sangat bahagia. Ada beberapa kolam renang, saya melihatnya dibersihkan setiap pagi. Gymnya juga cukup bagus, pada dasarnya semua yang Anda butuhkan ada di sana. Ada restoran di lokasi jika ada yang terlalu malas untuk keluar. Untuk lokasi hotel, Anda dapat memberikan nilai 5 yang baik karena ada dua pantai utama di dekatnya dan jalan menuju danau. Ada banyak kafe dalam jarak berjalan kaki. Kebisingan mungkin saya benar-benar beruntung dengan tetangga saya, tetapi saya tidak bisa mendengar apa pun, terkadang hanya suara koridor. Membersihkan seminggu sekali.

Saya sudah tinggal di Utopia selama hampir satu tahun. Saya dan suami saya tinggal di loteng gedung B dari Januari hingga Juni dengan harga yang kurang lebih masuk akal (22 k dan 1,5 baht). Semuanya baik-baik saja pada saat itu, sesuai dengan harga atau kualitas dan difilmkan sesuai musim. Kami pikir selama musim sepi harga akan turun saat perpanjangan (jika saja). Sekarang harganya bahkan tidak mendekati. Dindingnya terbuat dari karton, Anda akan mendengar semua pertengkaran tetangga (bahkan terkadang lucu, kami sering keluar dengan tetangga dan mendengarkan apa yang terjadi, apakah itu buruk, saya tidak bercanda). Anda dapat mendengar konstruksinya dengan sangat baik. Tidak cocok untuk orang yang mudah terbangun (saya punya masalah dengan ini). Melatonin membantu. Pembersihan di gedung B cukup baik. Selebihnya: Setiap hari dan setiap malam listrik mulai padam (dan karenanya mesin cuci dan Wi-Fi). Dan saat dihidupkan, TV menyala penuh di malam hari! Saya tidak bisa tidur nyenyak selama seminggu terakhir karena ini. TV di lantai satu, tempat tidur di lantai dua, setengah tidur saya mencari remote control. Ok, kartu saya untuk masuk kamar diblokir sebanyak 4 kali tanpa teguran dan penjelasan. Lebih tepatnya, mereka mengatakan bahwa seluruh unit mengalami masalah ini karena listrik! Dan ini bukan pertama kalinya, artinya mereka mengetahui masalahnya, tidak mudah diselesaikan. Ada jamur tumbuh di kamar mandi di depan mata kita, tidak ada yang membersihkannya. A lovely staycation in the Nathan away area. I stayed at the jungle loft with free pool access and upgraded from the jungle loft as I booked direct The room is compact but the living area with pantry is on the lower level while the bed and bathroom are on the higher level due to the loft duplex design. Modern bathroom and kitchen amenities. The hotel is new and features two wings, the utopia penthousestyle pool villas and the utopia love more condostyle room both wings have large pools and kids slides. Pets are also permitted which is also a plus. Perfect for couples and young mirage adults. A minute's drive from the cape. Due to many businesses closed during my stay, the small road leading to the hotel is quite dark at night, with restaurants and bars open again soon, which should make the area more light and lively. The staff is polite and helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

Ini kedua kalinya kami tinggal di sini, apartemennya belum kemana-mana, tapi lotengnya jelek. Internet tidak bisa mengatasi masalah, hanya ada satu untuk seluruh kompleks, apartemen memiliki pengaturan yang sama seperti asrama.
