I spent three weeks here in total, living in three different flats, two executive apartments with a bedroom each, and one penthouse. The penthouse, in particular, was nice and roomy. But, not surprisingly, two out of three showers leaked, two out of three beds were extremely hard, two out of three had curtains that didn't match, and only one had any kitchen appliances when I came for my second visit, after I had explicitly reminded them, and none of them had the basic kitchenware they needed to eat or cook. Luckily, I brought my own mug and a sharp knife. I brought my own peppermint. It is noisy because the penthouse bedroom 501 is directly next to the elevator shaft, making it annoying if you want to sleep with the windows open, since it is directly above a large intersection. It is essentially a long corridor, which makes it feel spacious, but there are no doors other than the bathroom. The desks are too shallow to work at, and the wifi is awful and often nonexistent. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The location is excellent, close to a cab system in kara, with call buttons on almost every lamppost, and this hotel is incredibly close to a taxi station, but I would stay there again if I could stay in one of the flats back with views over Kar

The reason I loved this place is because of the staff, the location, the price and the best view from my balcony. The staff makes me feel like I'm part of their family, they take care of me like their own. I was having my teeth implants done, so I was in a lot of pain and fragile they comforted me and worried about me. So this place isn't a hotel but a home. I highly recommend it.

I stayed in a group of nine rooms for two nights. The rooms are spacious and cozy, however some of the mattresses aren't great. Breakfast was fine for a two-day stay, but it might be limited for a longer stay.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in, the view from the room was wonderful, the staff was kind and spoke English, the place was good, you could take the bus everywhere, the swimming pool was good, the breakfast was tasty but small and there were no changes.

I have been inspired by the view of the hotel cleanliness helpful staff breakfast can see some improvement with additional options of breakfast pool is nice and quiet soundproof and good resting place my family and I loved it and will definitely rebook
