Turkey has very friendly welcoming people and this was evident at the Celine Hotel. The room was beautiful and well appointed and although smaller than what North Americans are used to, it was all we needed. I loved the decor, even the ceiling was beautiful. The bathroom was modern and decorated with marble tiles. Keep in mind that everything is more expensive in Europe, including electricity. The air conditioning and lights only work if you’re in the room and you’ve put your key card in the slot! The included breakfast saved us time and money. The hotel’s location was a short walk to many attractions. A grocery store and pharmacy also nearby. We had a lovely stay. Highly recommend.

All of the staff were extremely accommodating and did everything to ensure our stay was amazing. The location is wonderful, close to all major attractions and the free breakfast was great each morning. Also, the entire facility was extremely clean! I only saw one woman on the cleaning staff during my stay there and she was SO KIND and did an awesome job keeping the place spotless! If I ever go back to Istanbul, this will be the place I stay again. Thank you for everything!!

Location was one of the best things of this most amazing boutique hotel. Everything was top-notch from the rooms to the lovely breakfast! Staff was most friendly and we even received a box of Turkish Delight when we left. Definitely recommend this place.

Very clean, great staff and the location was perfect for a lot of the main places to see such as the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, etc. 20 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar, 25 minute walk to Galata Tower. Lots to see in walking distance.

We arrived early to Celine hotel and were able to store our bags there until our room was ready. The staff said we could go downstairs for coffee in the breakfast room which is a delightfully decorated room. We were given brochures of things to do and we selected a dinner cruise of the Bosporus and the staff arranged for us to be picked up at the hotel that evening and transported to the boat. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The only issue we had was the TV remote not working properly so we could not watch TV. We enjoyed the breakfast which had a wide range of food and the staff arranged for our transfer to the airport for us. All in all a very nice stay.

Our stay at Celine Hotel could not have been better. The location in Istanbul’s historic district is truly exceptional—step outside and within minutes you’re surrounded by some of the city’s most iconic and breathtaking sights. The hotel itself, a beautifully restored mansion, perfectly blends old-world charm with modern comfort. Every detail feels thoughtfully curated, creating a warm and elegant atmosphere throughout. What truly set this experience apart was the staff—their attentiveness and willingness to help with sightseeing recommendations and airport transportation made everything seamless. Waking up to views of the Bosphorus from our window was unforgettable. And breakfast each morning was a highlight: a generous and delicious spread of fresh fruit, nuts, olives, savory dishes, sweet pastries, and more, all served in a lovely, light-filled atrium. A memorable stay in every way—we would return without hesitation.
