The cleanliness is excellent, the food is delicious, although it may use some variation. During lunchtime, it remains the same, but the staff is outstanding. The events here are fantastic, fun, and familyfriendly, suitable for both children and adults. Over our entire stay here, we have been extremely supportive and warmly welcomed. There was never a time when we felt alone or lost within the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting antalya because of the exceptional customer service that was offered.

The spa is very friendly and nonintrusive. Everything is great, the best hotel for the money! Excellent imported alcohol, spacious and clean rooms, and delicious food! One warm pool outside is enough in the winter! Bars dont know how to make cocktails properly. There is only one person from all the bars who does this perfectly - yildiz, who has been assigned to teach other bartenders how not to behave and howto make the right cocktails!

The hotel was fantastic from start to finish, the staff went above and beyond with everything. The location of the hotel is perfect and close to the airport. There is plenty to do every day and the animation team is very friendly and entertaining. Mali deserves special recognition for his amazing and infectious personality. Variety of activities cater to all people and an effort is made to involve everyone.

The hotel was quite good overall before the season opened. We took advantage of all the facilities of the hotel. In addition, my friend from Antalya who has been married for 25 years came to visit me. My friend was able to spend 2 to 3 hours with me in the evening at the motel. I appreciate their thoughtfulness.

I came here for the first time with my wife and we will definitely be back! Turkish night in the restaurant is very nice and they have different food nights. We spent a lot of time at the havana bar and bartender Ahmed couldnt have done more for us! Amazing service 5 stars always thanks to concorde!.

We had a wonderful checkin the second time we stayed in an allinclusive and the first time in antalya. After undergoing reorganization for six hours and arriving at three in the morning, we had an excellent checkout. We were immediately offered some food, which was delivered straight to our room. The days after that were simply lovely. There werent many people because the hotel is still getting ready for the peak season. Many facilities are closed, but for us, it was just perfect. Everyone on staff was extremely welcoming. Although the cuisine was varied and delicious, after five days of buffet, i was also relieved to return home. Drinks were absolutely appropriate, with some enjoyable evening entertainment. Beautiful beach and pool area as well as some adorable cats in front of the garden. I didnt enjoy the beds too much, however, thats personal. Housekeeping was flawless and lovely! Also, keep in mind that the central air conditioning only functions as he heaters during the winter. When we got up swimming in our own sweat, security quickly responded to this incident, and unfortunately, the man was already back in his room again. It was disappointing to take the taxi back. Even though they should turn on their meter, safety responded quickly when we reported that someone was smoking inside the motel. A taxi with mr. refused to turn off the metre after we explicitly asked for one at the reception,

The rooms are a good size. The most comfortable beds ive ever slept in. Power hot shower, coffee maker and kettle in the room. Meals are really good with special restaurants available. Animation team is great with activities during the day and entertainment at night. Staff are great and cant do enough for you. Hotel concorde is very close to the airport.

This is my second time staying here. Its a good 4 star resort in my opinion, but at this time of year, its also good value for money. The wait staff are great, very good service in bars and restaurants. Food is delicious. Nice to see that the rooms have been renovated since 2019. Very nice bathroom. Excellent wifi throughout the hotel, im very happy about this. Lighting in the main bar is terrible! Too bright, not warm, and i wanted to avoid sitting in flooded lighting, please create ambiance better! The acts and entertainment that were brought in were very excellent, something new every night.
