The hotel is in a central location so you can walk to everything you need and there is a tram stop right in front of it. Mehmet makes the most delicious pide for breakfast and makes sure it is always fresh! Pide refers to a type of boatshaped turkish flatbread, and with mehmet, you wont be disappointed! Everyone at the hotel was absolutely wonderful! The staff were very accommodating and very sweet! The hotel manager was great! Mehmet makes the most delicious pide for breakfast and ensures it is always fresh!.

Our favorite staff, gonca karajan, provided us with exceptional attention and service. Always cheerful, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast staff and food were excellent, our coffees were consistently full! All staff, including housekeeping and the spa, were helpful and friendly. Our every need was met. The hotel is beautifully decorated and airy. This is the perfect place for a first time in indonesia.

From check in to checkout, a warm welcome from gonca karahan and her team, especially oguzhan durgut, provided excellent service. The hotel is conveniently located near the tram, shopping malls, grand bazaar, blue mosque, and all tourist attractions.

My bed was perfect, and the room was spacious and pleasant. I have to express my gratitude to the receptionist, murat, who was incredibly kind and accommodating. The hotel is conveniently situated, and the souk is welldressed. The bathroom is fine, and the room can be set to a comfortable temperature.

My wife and i had a wonderful stay at the doubletree hilton old town. All the staff are very friendly and always have a smile on their face. A special thank you to gonca karahan who is very nice and professional. She always has a beautiful smile when we come down for breakfast and the service and food are excellent. Highly recommended.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city. The rooms are quite spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very delicious with lots of options. The gym is open 24 hours a day. The staff is very nice and helpful.

Its wonderful to stay again at double tree old town. The staff is incredibly kind and supportive. In particular, gonca karahan is doing an outstanding job. She takes care of every visitor at the breakfast table and makes sure they are all comfortable and well taken care of.

Would suggest it for family or work. Great, spotless, updated rooms. Excellent breakfast with a positive attitude, excellent personnel. In particular, gonca karahan, ugur soydan, and murat sari went above and beyond to assist with my extended stay when my flight was delayed.

Kami benar-benar tidak beruntung dan akhirnya dibangun kembali di jalan sebelah hotel, tetapi saya yakin semuanya akan selesai dalam satu atau dua minggu. Namun, staf hotel mengingatkan kami tentang hal ini dan memberi kami kamar di seberang. Tempat tidur dan tempat tidur sangat nyaman. Sarapan lezat dan bervariasi. Kami juga disambut di resepsi dan disuguhi kue hangat. Itu hal kecil tapi bagus mengingat kami sudah disingkirkan Apa yang saya tidak suka tentang hotel ini adalah harga restoran. Salad dengan harga minimum 20 euro terlalu mahal untuk Istanbul dan restoran hotel. Akan lebih baik jika harganya memadai mengingat negara. Tapi tergantung selera dan dompet, pendapat pribadi saya. Tetap tidak merusak kesan hotel secara keseluruhan.

In the middle of the old town, this is a beautiful hotel, this hotel is very clean. The service from breakfast to reception to management is very friendly and helpful. Gonna always makes us welcome and has good help. They make us feel at home. and we will definitely come back.

We stayed in one of their king deluxe rooms for 6 nights. Well furnished and comfortable. The hotel is very well located, so its a short walk or a few tram stops from the station opposite, to Sultanahmet where all the best sightseeing is. I would like to thank mr. Murat Sari for lending his tram travel pass and also for his excellent advice and service. A genuine focus on the customer and as a longtime hh member i was very pleased with the care and attention he and his colleagues provided at the hotel. The breakfast menu is excellent and among the best ive seen in a doubletree outside of the uk.

We stayed for 4 nights and all the staff were very friendly and welcoming especially morat who was very service minded and helpful! The room is large enough but noisy and the standard of the hotel is lacking (poorly isolated). Located in the heart of the old town, conveniently located to move around most visited places. As a regular customer of the hotel around the world, it seems the hotel needs renovation.
