Taksim square is only a 5minute walk from the hotel, which is in an excellent location. Throughout our visit, the receptionists were friendly and accommodating. The rooms were wellkept and spotless. There was hardly any strange smell in the bedrooms, though. It was one drawback, however. A wide variety of delectable dishes could be found at the breakfast selection.

The location, room service, and breakfast are all very good. Anns attractive and worth the money. All major attractions are close to this hotel. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast menu is also full of optons. We are very satisfied with the location and room services and food.

The location is good, and the breakfast is very good. Unfortunately, the service is poor, i asked for water and maintenance to fix the room safe, but no one answered. The room is also tight but clean. Also, staff do not speak english well.

The service provided was excellent, the staff were warm and friendly, and they were very helpful. Although we didnt use the pool, our experience at the spa was exceptional, with massages that matched those of top hotels in london! We are very satisfied with the service.

We came with our family there. The location is excellent! Its simple to get anywhere. Excellent breakfast is delicious and excellent for us. Additionally, the personnel is amiable. Room cleaning is pleasant and welltrained.

Bellman is incredibly helpful and professional, and our room was quickly assigned to us by the receptionist. The hotel provided complimentary breakfast and early checkin, and the service was excellent. The coffee is delicious, with a variety of options. Although the rooms are tinier and not very soundproof, they are cozy and spotless. In addition, the hotel itself is tastefully decorated with historic decor.
