Lokasi hotelnya bagus. Namun kamarnya kotor dan pipa ledengnya tidak berfungsi. Ada air di bawah pancuran. Makanannya enak dan lokasinya strategis. Saya ingin menambahkan foto tetapi mereka tidak melampirkannya.

Saya sangat kecewa dengan pelayanan yang diberikan oleh pihak hotel. Mohon untuk pihak manajemen hotel agar dapat meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan meningkatkan kualitas layanan. hotel ini tidak menyediakan sarapan, namun mereka menyediakan makanan dengan menu yang beragam dan rasa yang enak.

I stayed at this hotel in february 2022. It has a great location and is the center of old turkish city. Everything is easily accessible on foot or by tramway. There are many shopping and dining options in this area, and transportation is available to various parts of the city via tramway, metro, or buses. However, the hotel faces the tramway and the noise from passing trains is intense. These trains operate from 6 am to midnight, so be prepared for disruptions during your sleep. The hotel has no direct street access. The lobby is one level higher than the street, and there are a flight of stairs to reach the lobby. If you have heavy luggage, good luck carrying them up and down. My room was for two people with queen beds. There is one closet for clothes, one nightstand, and a table. All of these furniture takes 95% of the room, leaving so little room for walking or putting your luggage. The bathroom is also small, with a bathtub that could be 40 inches long. The carpet on the floor has many stains. I think the carpet is too old and they dont wash it on a regular basis. There are hand towels and shower towels, but they look tired of being washed. The breakfast that comes with the room charges is really good for the price and quality of the hotel. If i ever visit Istanbul again, i will consider going to another hotel in the neighborhood.

This hotel is excellent, however, the new rooms im not sure about the other rooms, but they are quite clean and comfortable for sleeping in. However, the breakfast isnt particularly excellent, so if you dont like mornings, this hotel is suitable for you.

Ketika kami kembali ke kamar, segala sesuatu yang dimulai diambil. Minusnya adalah tempat untuk menyajikan sarapan. Terletak di basement dan aksesnya menggunakan lift. Jika Anda beruntung, Anda akan langsung menuju ke sana. Saya naik lift dari lantai dasar, menekan tombol ke basement dan awalnya dibawa ke nomor 7 dengan pemberhentian di setiap lantai. Dalam perjalanan kembali, saya mencapai ruang bawah tanah tetapi juga dari lantai ke lantai. Saya bertanya-tanya bagaimana melanjutkan dalam keadaan darurat karena saya tidak melihat jalan keluar lain. Mungkin itu adalah pengalaman yang menyenangkan.

Lokasi hotel sangat strategis, namun untuk kamar cukup sempit dan fasilitas tidak lengkap. Untuk kebersihan perlu di tingkatkan lagi. Sarapan cukup enak. Pintu masuk hotel dibuat melalui banyak anak tangga yang sulit untuk didaki dan tidak ada bagasi.

I arrived and really everything was very pleasant and fun at the hotel. I will be back. The service is excellent. Anda dapat pergi ke Alun-Alun Masjid Hagia Sophia dan Masjid Biru dengan berjalan kaki. Kamarnya bersih, baru dan rapi, dengan pembersihan harian dan tindak lanjut yang konstan. AC dan internet sangat baik. Hotel ini telah mengalami pemeliharaan, renovasi, dan manajemen baru, layak mendapat lebih dari 3 bintang dan lebih bersih serta pelayanannya lebih baik daripada hotel bintang 4.

Hotel dengan tangga 20 langkah. Kebersihannya rata-rata dan kamarnya terlalu kecil. Tidak ada lemari untuk menyimpan koper dan pakaian. Restoran terlalu kecil dan sarapan sangat rata-rata. Penerimaan untuk ditingkatkan. Furniturnya sudah tua.
