Während meines Aufenthalts im Hotel gab es leider einige Punkte, die verbessert werden sollten. Besonders unangenehm war, dass mir die Zahnbürste, die ich an der Rezeption angefordert hatte, von einem anderen Gast gebracht wurde. Positiv hervorzuheben ist, dass das Hotel im Allgemeinen sauber war und der Herr an der Rezeption sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Leider war das Personal im Restaurantbereich nicht besonders freundlich und zeigte sich nicht besonders lächelnd. Insgesamt entspricht das Hotel meiner Meinung nach nicht dem Standard eines 5-Sterne-Hotels.

It's very comfortable to stay at Qua Comfort Hotel, my start was very helpful. I recommend it. 5 stairs, it's very close to Istanbul Mall, and about 40 minutes from Kumi, the room is very spacious. Breakfast was excellent.

Due to my connecting flight's delay, the airline arranged for a one-night stay at this location. In a more industrial area that is outside of Istanbul's main attractions, it is located. The staff was nice, and the rooms were clean. Dinner was acceptable but not of high quality. Maybe just so we were not regular visitors and regular customers' meals are better. Although the structure is new, especially the floor corridor's ceiling is leaking and some parts of it are missing. Being a guest at many star hotels, perhaps this location was the one that lacked a star rating. Yet, it can be considered for short stays, but don't expect too much from it.

The spa is really nice and the quality of the pool is quite high. I will be back to stay here again.

I'm very comfortable to stay at Qua Comfort hotel. My start was very helpful. I recommend it. There are 5 stairs, it's the heart of Istanbul Mall and around 40 minutes from Takumi. The rooms are very spacious. Breakfast is very good.

The hotel arranged a one-night stay at this location due to a delay in my connecting trip. It is situated outside of the main sights of Istanbul in an industrial area. The personnel were friendly, and the rooms were spotless. Dinner was adequate but not of the standard standard. Maybe just because we weren't regular guests, and the food for regular visitors was better. Even though the building is new, particularly the floor corridor's ceiling is damaged by water and some of it is missing. Being a frequent visitor to many star hotels, this location may have been the one not really worthy of a star rating. Nevertheless, it may be considered for brief stays, but don't anticipate too much.
