This location is amazing, it's the best getaway we've ever taken. We frequently visit natalya and try out different resorts, but this one is by far the best! You are in good hands with the employees, and the check-in and check-out teams are very accommodating. Every day, the beach area and beach house are excellent, and the resort is spotless and immaculate. Every day, the beach area and beach hut are excellent. Food and beverages are of good quality and have something for everybody. The pool is enormous and has a lot of sunbeds, so you must arrive early to get one by the pool. The room was big and well-kept, the main languages are Turkish and German, but a little English is spoken. This will be my vacationing location each year because it is situated near to shops and amenities. The property is enormous and just 5 minutes from the private beach area. Thank you so much to sunshine and udi from the animation team because they are so good and make you feel welcome.

Dont let the positive review on application and Google deceive you, I have been to many 5-star hotels in lara, the city center and in Naluvia, but this is not a 5-star hotel. At best, I rate it 3 stars. The cuisine is horrible and strange. They recycle leftovers from the previous days to make them seem like a new dish, and the meals are repeated every day. The staff only speaks German, I am a german speaker myself, but my friend was completely ignored. As if this place was just made for Germans. There were not enough tanning beds, and all the children were in the adult pool. The beach was a rock, no lifeguard, there was no AC around the hotel, lunch is from 12:02 am and if you come around 2 am, you wont find anything to eat until 7 a. M. Everything about this place is so bad I cant even call it a hotel. The entertainment team was the only thing we liked the most, they were so friendly, I would never come to this hotel again even if I got paid in dollars.

I recently returned from a 10 night stay at Nova Park. Would I recommend this hotel. Yes, the hotel is spotless throughout it. My maid arrived every day changing towels, emptying bins, cleaning the bathroom, and doing a wonderful job. The employees were all very helpful and very good at their jobs. We found the spa representatives to be very hounding, so we didn't get the free Turkish bath due to the pressure of being told we needed 5 days of continuous massages at huge prices vertically the price of the entire holiday plus after one massage treatment, there is no possibility of going for more the next day! All the other reps or shops in the hotel were no problem at all no hounding. The pool is very cold, but that is expected in April if more in the season I am sure they will be warmer. We mostly used the beach because we were early in the season we had plenty of space. Meet extremely helpful The food was great with a lot of choice, taste presentation, and got to try the omelettes at breakfast, I will definitely miss the food. A big thanks to the examination team for making us feel welcome and being very helpful with local information, plus their understanding of the English language was a big plus because most of the staff didn't speak English. Must also say a big thank you to the pool bar who welcomed us as well.
