After I complained about the broken air conditioning, I got a fan. Wifi is constantly disabled. You will not find internet access here if you require it. The street in front of the hotel is very noisy. If you want to sleep, you must leave the window open. The room becomes quite hot. Smoking is not permitted in the lobby because they smoke there. Yes, the lobby has a large no-smoking sign. All public spaces are gloomy and look really suspicious. The staff does not speak any English. Communication with them is difficult. They told me it's my problem if things weren't as they were in the booking confirmation. When I complained about wifi, the guy there simply told me to reset the wifi stations on every floor. I didn't get any compensation even I had to withdraw cash from the atm which I had to find myself as it had no air conditioning and no wifi. They even put a big turkey guy to convince me to pay the full price when I tried to get a 25-price discount. When I left, I asked them to call a taxi. They refused saying they didn't know the taxi number. They never responded to my email which is not a surprise because I know their English. Go somewhere else. There are numerous hotels near the istiklal cad. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever experienced.

My husband and I stayed there for five nights and there are positive things. This hotel is in the best location, close to Takumi Square, restaurants, shops, metro and bus stations. Clean sheets and clean bathrooms and toilets are the bad points. The rooms are very small, and there is no room to move around when we opened our luggage. The sound from the road was so loud and disturbed us at night. Breakfast is not available in the hotel and you can walk 5 minutes to a cafe to eat breakfast but it's good.

My husband and I spent five nights there. Good points are 1. Best location, which is close to Tokyo Square, restaurants, shops, the metro and bus stop. 2. Clean linens, clean bathrooms, and toilets. Negative points 1. The rooms are very small, so when we opened our luggage, there was no space to move around. 2. The noise from the street easily entered the room and woke us up several times during the night. 3. Breakfast is not served in the hotel, and the cafe where breakfast is served is a 5-minute walk away, but the breakfast is decent.

This hotel is under new management and is still working on some technical issues with the rooms. We had a problem where the windows couldn't close completely and the noise from the nightclub crowd across the alley came in all night. The staff apologized very hard and spent a lot of time finding solutions to the issue, so we were able to sleep soundly. Mohammed was particularly helpful throughout my stay and even showed me to his favorite breakfast place and assisted me in ordering! I highly recommend this location for a comfortable stay right next to Takumi and Isilal.

Kelebihan : 1. Lokasi sangat dekat dengan taksim square dan istiqlal street 2. Mendapat sarapan dan makanannya enak 3. Harga yang sangat murah untuk lokasi di taksim Kekurangan : 1. Kebersihan dari saya mendapat skor 65/100 2. Air panas tidak 3. Cukup bising di malam hari karena banyak club malam sekitar hotel 4. Kamar tidak kedap suara, jadi saya masih bisa mendengar suara orang berteriak karena mabuk di luar. 5. Tidak disarankan membawa anak kecil karena lingkungannya (lihat nomor 3) Keseluruhan apa yang bisa diharapkan dengan harga yang tertera. Jika hanya ingin hotel untuk tidur dan eksplor dari pagi sampai malam, hotel ini cocok

The bad things: 1.Receptionist cannot speak English well and not friendly either helpfull. He doesn't explained to us about anything like breakfast time and where we have to take it because it was separetly from the hotel, or about our room and wifi. He just received us, asked the passport and gave the key. 2. The heater in the room not worked. So, we need to asked it. And they gave us portable heater. 3. No drinking water 4. The room quite big. They have one double bed, sofa bed and single bed. But, just have one blanket. Which is not enough when the heater not worked or just used portable heater. We asked it for additional blanket, but not got it until we check out. 5. The last, the hotel located nearby discotic or bar or something like that. And every night, until 8am, was so horrible. Too noisy. Disturbed your rest. The good things: The hotel located nearby the Istiklal street (most of people go there for shopping and take the tramway), near to the supermarket, cafe or kebab restaurant, and also near to Taksim Metro. It will help you when you want to visit another place.
